Change out the mount on your E2-S6, E2-F6, or E2-F8 to expand your lens options with this Z CAM E2 Series Interchangeable MFT Lens Mountfrom Z CAM. The Z CAM E2 flagship series E2-S6, E2-F6, and E2-F8 cameras allow you to change out your lens mount with alternate mounts, and this MFT mount installs easily with the four included screws. No shims are required to fit this custom mount to your Z CAM camera. An Allen wrench is also included to assist your install.

Q: 1. Please clarify the difference between this and the turbomount. (e.g. this has ND slot, etc.) Do both flare equally?

A: The Z CAM Interchangeable Lens Mount for E2 Flagship Series (EF Mount) does not offer optics within the adapter to change the field of view. The Z CAM TurboMount (Canon EF) forgoes the neutral density capability for optics in the adapter to change the field of view of using lenses that provide coverage of sensors that are Super35mm or APS-C or larger. The Z CAM TurboMount (Canon EF) does not provide much flares.

Q: 2. Would it work with EF-s lens?

A: Yes it will. Just keep in mind that an EF-S lens will only cover up to a Super 35mm sensor. It will not cover a Full Frame Sensor.

Q: 3. If using this mount, what’s the crop ratio of ef lens on e2-m4, super 35 or x 2?

A: Since the E2-M4 has a 9 x 13 mm (4/3"), the crop factor will still be 2X. This adapter has no glass.

Q: 4. What different full-frame lens-mounts can be adapted to MFT and still project a full-frame image circle, infinity focus, etc.?

A: All full frame lenses may be adapted, using the proper adapter. Focus capabilities and functions are inherent to the lens and not the lens adapter.

Q: 5. Why does this mount not work with the E2-M4 models and the EF does?

A: this mount is NOT designed for the MFT cameras

Q: 6. Does anyone know if we can use that mount with the flagship series, or is it only for the E2-M4?

A: this is a MFT and can only be used on the Z cam cameras with MFT sized sensors

A: Yes, this will work with the E2-M4 as well.

A: No this will not work on the E2 M4 of the Z Cam

A: No, the Z CAM Interchangeable Lens Mount for E2 Flagship Series (MFT Mount) is not compatible with the current 4K models of the Z CAM E2 camera.

[Z CAM E2] I have both the regular & active lock mft interchangeable mount for my ZCam S6. This one is so much better. Lenses that had slight moment & sway when mounted on regular one are now locked in tight & proper with the active lock version. If you want to play with mft lenses on your E2-S6 this is the mount to get. 5

[0.395 lb] Having been a GH5 and original BMPCC user, I seemed to have amassed a sizeable MFT collection. Some of them are my favorite lenses to shoot with. When I heard that the S6 had interchangeable mounts, allowing me to shoot with my MFT lenses, it was a 'no brainer!' There are also amazing MFT mount anamorphic lenses that you can use with this adapter, paired with the S6. 5

[0.395 lb] I now have two Z-Cam E2 S6 bodies (purchased a second a couple months ago). I love this option for allowing me to use my MFT lenses on a S35 sensor. And, I can adapt to just about any lens I want. A small price to pay for greatly expanded versatility. 5

[Z CAM E2] This M43 active lock mount was much needed for my z cam e2 m4 as the original m43 mount on my e2 m4 had way too much wiggle between the camera and lens mount. Now with the m43 active lock my m43 mount lenses are mounted nice and firm to the mount and camera. It's easy to install with only 4 screws and the lock on the mount works great. Overall I am very happy with the product and my purchase. Recommend. 5

[Z CAM E2] This mount does what it's suppose to. I don't use any electronically controlled MFT lens on it so I don't know how well that function works. I does a great job for adding a speed booster to my camera and there are also mod instructions online to make this mount work with the full frame E2 F6 if you are hoping to take advantage of some vintage glass on that camera body. Nice work on this one Z-Cam. 5
