The dovetail plate allows you to move your camera back and forth along the rail and is equipped with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for directly attaching to a separately available tripod. [11.9 x 5.8 x 4"] Very cool plate! I like the build. I work with both 15mm lightweight and 19mm setups on sets and I can use Shape's dovetail plate with both of my bridge plates. Since I already had a pair of Shape's handles, they fit right on. Having that adjustable shoulder pad made my life a lot easier, it's super quick to balance both the pad sliding dovetail and the bridge plate on top. 5

[15 mm] I have built a shoulder mount kit for my BMPCC 4K and these handles work great for me. At first I was thinking of getting the two stage ones (with a dog-bone rosette in between) which have your hands lower down, but on trying these out I much prefer the ergonomics of having my hands higher up, closer to my follow focus and iris control. Rosettes don't budge and the leather handgrips are preferable for me instead of the trendy wooden things or sweaty plastic or rubber options. I had the choice between black or tan leather, which for the aesthetically sensitive is a no brainer, black leather is for try hard bachelors (joke) and I'm neither! ;) 5
