RAM's X-Grip technology uses four rubber-tipped arms to grip and hold your phone, while a removable support leg delivers added stability. You simply squeeze the holder on the side to open the grips, and then release to automatically have them close around the phone. By holding the phone by the corners, all side controls and buttons remain completely accessible.

The back of the phone holder is a waterproof Qi-compatible wireless charging pad that can deliver up to 10W of power to compatible phones. An integrated pigtail cable and included USB Type-A extension cable provide power when used with a USB car power adapter.

A: I would say it would work on a side door. Having done dozens of car rigs, I cannot stress enough to also have a safety cable or rope on the camera in case of an emergency. You will will not regret it.

Q: 7. Can you use an NCTEC iStar Pulsar on this roof top suction cup mount?

A: This mount has a maximum payload of 110 lbs. Always use a safety cable/tether as well. If you are moving at speed, test very carefully and make sure the roof surface is very clean and devoid of any slippery waxes.

Q: 8. Doe the mounting area for the camera have retaining screws from underneath? Is there an option for a 75mm bowl mount fluid head?

A: The CAME-TV Video Sucker Suction Cup Mount only comes with a 3/8-16 mounting screw on the base mount. You cannot detached the base mount to connect a 75mm bowl on the tripod. You will need a tripod head or a quick release system to connect your cameras, if the camera has 1/4-20 threads only.

A: You will need to purchase additional accessories to mount your Canon 6D in a vertical position on this mount. You will need a Ball Head and depending on your set up you may benefit from having a Vertical L Bracket as well.
