The Benro PU-60 Quick Release Plate for Tripodsfrom Benro PU-60 Quick Release Plate for Tripodshas a dovetail mount compatible with select Benro heads and other third-party heads and clamps. Cameras mount to the plate via its 1/4"-20 threaded camera mount, and the anti-twist padding on the top of the plate prevents the camera from moving while mounted to the plate.

A: Yup! This will fit the VX20 no issue. Any arca-swiss style plate will work in this case; the PU-50X shown on display is shaped a little differently, but the grooves (aka arca-swiss dovetails) are exactly the same.

[0.13 lb] I ordered the PU-120 & PU-150 for the new Nikon 600mm f/4E FL ED VR not too sure which would fit best. The PU-120 works but the PU-150 is much better as it centers the lens perfectly. Works perfectly with the Induro GHB2 and it comes with two screws so its very secure and it does not effect the new 600mm FL soft grip lens foot as it's still comfortable to hold. 5

[1x 1/4"-20 Male] have a Benro Ball Head on my Carbon Fiber tripod. This Quick Release plate works well with their Ball Head. The mounting screw is the standard 1/4 20 slotted screw type, with a tightening ring and a hex head socket. A hex head wrench that fits the hex head screw for extra tension is included, along with a thread protector for the mounting screw. It does say it's compatible with Arca mount but I had to remove the two anti slip hex-screws for a proper fit on my Giotto Head. 5
