Available for download, the Overloud Tone Impera Rig Expansion for TH-U (Download)is a selection of guitar amp and cabinet emulations for use with the Overloud TH-U platform. The amplifier, cabinets, stompboxes, and microphones were emulated by Choptones, a company known for its models ported to multiple platforms.

This particular expansion library recreates the sound of a Tone King Imperial Amplifier, the 20th Anniversary edition. This amplifier can give you anything from pure clean tone, to a warm crunch, or a mellow lead tone. Choptones has modeled this amp in multiple configurations, using a wide array of cabinets, microphones, and stompboxes.

There are 89 rigs offered in total, captured with Shure, Royer, Neumann, and other microphones. Multiple cabinets have been utilized, including a Tone King Imperial cabinet with a Celestion Creamback 65 speaker. Many distortion pedals have been modeled as well.

This expansion library requires either a full installation of Overloud TH-U or one of its editions to operate.

A: It is best to stick with heads/legs made by the same manufacturer to guarantee the best fit. Your combination will work as long as both the head and legs are 75mm ball compatible but a Miller head will typically have more range to level the head and lock down tighter on Miller legs than a Libec head (and same goes for a Miller head with Libec legs).

A: I am sorry to say we do not have suction cups for tripods like this. Your best option would be to fold up and store the tripod when not in use.

A: This tripod has a 9 pound load capacity and the remote accepts LANC protocols. It will work with any camcorder that is 9 pounds or below and has a LANC connection. LANC is found on a wide variety of Sony and Canon Professional Camcorders.
