  • The system comes with a GXLIEM base transmitter, one bodypack receiver, and one pair of MEB1 earsets. The GXLIEM transmits a mono mix to the performer wearing the bodypack receiver.
  • For shows with more than one performer, you can add as many receivers as needed to your system (additional receivers available separately).

  • The robust, all-metal 1/2 rack transmitter features removable antennas and can be rackmounted in flight cases or permanent installations using the included hardware.
  • ScanLink technology with infrared transmitter setup precisely scans 16 frequencies and selects the cleanest channel for clear audio at a range up to 100'. Quickly pair the transmitter and receiver at the press of a button.
  • The system operates in the 900 MHz band, free from TV signal interference.
  • High-contrast LCD displays on both the transmitter base and the receiver show frequency channel and battery level.
  • The bodypack receiver is equipped with a volume knob for comfortable listening and operates for up to 10 hours on two AA batteries. The auto-lock feature prevents settings from being altered accidentally.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Stereo or mono?

A: Mono

Q: 2. The product specs say the reciever takes AA batteries, but in my experience they have a built-in rechargeable lithium. What's the truth here?

A: The receivers in the VocoPro IEM-Digital Wireless Stereo In-Ear Monitoring System are powered with rechargeable 3.7V AA batteries. The batteries can be recharged while within the receiver via the USB charging connection at the bottom of the battery compartment.

Q: 3. Can I buy extra body packs to connect to the quad mix system and just use it on the same channel as one of the other four body packs?

A: Yes, you can add additional CAD GXLIEMBP Bodypack Receiver with MEB1 Earbuds units to work with the CAD GXLIEM4 Quad-Mix In-Ear Wireless Monitoring System.

Q: 4. What are the specs on the transmitter power supply?

A: Detailed information on the specs of the CAD GXLIEM4 Quad-Mix In-Ear Wireless Monitoring System's power supply has not been provided by the manufacturer.

Q: 5. Hi friends, before ordering the Transmisor GXLIEM4,I would like to know if I can connect it directly to notebook to transmit through zoom app 4 speakers, or is it necessary to pass through an audio table? BR, Abraham

A: You could come directly from a headphone into the transmitter with a 3.5mm to 1/4" cablle. You would need to send a mono signal out of the headphones. This unit however is made to transmit to headsets, not speakers.

Q: 6. What is the delay specification? It is not listed in the specs

A: The delay/latency specifiction is notpublished by CAD. Please contact CAD directly for details: CAD Audio Corporate Offices: 6573 Cochran Rd., Bldg. I Solon, OH 44139 U.S.A. Tel: (440) 349-4900 Fax: (440) 248-4904

Q: 7. How does battery charging work here?

A: The VocoPro IEM-Digital bodypack receiver has a micro-USB port on the bottom and once a USB cable is connected to the receiver and to a power source, the built-in rechargeable battery will begin to charge.

Q: 8. Does anybody know the true range of this system? (example. 500' line of sight)

A: Hi, I am Scott from Anchor the manufacturer.More realistic is 150 - 200 ftThat was the spec sent B H from us & I will have it updated

Q: 9. What is the range in feet

A: The GXLV is a VHF wireless system with 10 milliwatt transmission power. Range will be anything from 100 to 1000 feet. It is not possible to give a system exact operating range in feet because the operating environment must be taken into consideration. All wireless systems will perform best when the receiver gets strong signal from the microphone transmitter. This happens when the user has a clear line of sight between the mic/transmitter and the receiver.

Q: 10. How does battery charging work here?

A: The transmitter within the Nady PEM-02 Wireless 2-Person In-Ear Monitoring System uses an AC power supply, and the included bodypack receivers use AA batteries. If the AA batteries chosen are rechargeable, they should have their own proprietary charger.

[16] Perhaps previous reviewer had a particular problem. These are outstanding. Built very well with high quality casing and antennae on transmitter and receiver. Plenty loud enough. The head phones that come with have a decent response range and are full sounding. They are not isolating IEM phones though. So you will want to get a higher end pair if you are wanting isolation.

I clocked these @ 120 ft non-line-of-sight (obstructions) range with a little hiccup. To be honest I don't know when you would need that kind of distance. So hiccup at that range to me is irrelevant. Rock solid @ 75 ft and under range.

These are worth the money. Full charge on receiver will last an easy 4 hour set with no degradation of sound, volume,or quality at lower battery levels. Band mates also using them.
