You may want to ensure that the mount is levelled when you install it. The ceiling I had was a bit off causing the video to seem off. A small shim fixed it without even needing to undo the mount. Installation is very easy and the mount is perfect for the PTZ camera I purchased. 5

Very easy to install on the drop ceiling. I would recommend using a 1 x 4 piece of wood on the top side to give you something to anchor into. 5

This is a great addition to an existing Dante system. Installation is easy, just need a 2 hole in the ceiling tile and connect CAT6 cable with RJ45. The unit is smaller than anticipated, but the microphone is super sensitive and picks up the entire board room with clarity. The plug-and-play capability of the Dante system and interface is also nice, as it provides power to up to 4 connected devices. A single ceiling mic and interface connected to our existing network has replaced the need to set up table-top mics and a multi-channel mizer and removed the worry about users accidentally muting their mics during a meeting. With some additional Dante interface devices, users can easily connect over our network to ceiling mics with ease. A point of advice for those new to Dante, be sure you are comfortable with the environment requirements, they might seem overwhelming at first, but they are easy to build out and work with existing network infrastructure. 5
