A: The SanDisk Professional PRO-BLADE STATION is a multi-bay desktop array and it really does not matter what type of files you load onto it. Note it comes in a few configurations, Just the enclosure, 4 1tb drives, 4 2tb drives or 4 4tb drives.

Q: 2. Will the 4 drives be seen as one or can I run 4 separate mags as 4 separate drives?

A: Each PRO-BLADE SSD Mag inserted in the SanDisk Professional PRO-BLADE STATION will be mounted as a separate drive.

Q: 3. How loud is the fan noise in dBA? Will this unit work in a quiet studio, fully loaded 16TB?

A: SanDisk has not provided a spec for the operational noise level of the PRO-BLADE STATION's internal fan, but as this is a solid state storage device the noise level will be much lower than that of a traditional hard drive enclosure.

Q: 4. I can't find this product on LanParte's website, and your own photos don't show - are there mounts for additional 15mm rods in the rear of the unit?

A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide this specification and because this is a "special order" product, we cannot physically verify to confirm.

Q: 5. Can I talk on both channels at once if needed?\

A: The Telex SS-2002 will not permit you to talk on both channels simultaneously.

Q: 6. Is this a digital license that you will get via e-mail or one that you will get in the mail?

A: This is a physical card that gets mailed to you.

Q: 7. Is the license non-transferable from one owner to another or non-transferable from one QNAP unit to another?

A: Qnap Licenses are not transferable.

Q: 8. Will the Pro-Blade station work with TVs (that have USB-A connections) to view photos and videos stored on SSD mags?

A: The SanDisk Professional PRO-BLADE STATION is compatible with MacOS and Windows, so if your T.V. runs on one of those operating systems it may be able to access media stored on the drives.

Q: 9. So you send the license code by email? I am from Brazil

A: No we ship out to you a card that has the license code on it.

Q: 10. Hello. Is this Pro-Blade Station compatible with the M2 iPad Pro for transferring files of videos and photographs?

A: The SanDisk Professional PRO-BLADE STATION is only listed as officially compatible with Windows 10+ and Mac 10.13+.

[4] The Synology Surveillance Station software is the best security camera software we have used, having tried two before this. It is more costly having to buy licenses for each camera you want to use but at least the licenses are transferrable between hardware upgrades and not bound to a specific camera's MAC Address or hardware. The software is very smooth and easy to use with advanced feature available if needed. It has otherwise been very plug-n-play switching over. 5
