In the real world you'll need to account for the actual peak power draw of each PoE+ device. PoE+ is 15W+ (otherwise it's just PoE) so with the most *minimal* PoE+ devices drawing 15W+ you might be able to use 9 or 10. If you want to fully load the switch with power hungry devices then you probably want one of the 24-port switches with more available power.
