Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. With 2 transmitters going do you get a left and right isolated feed from receiver into camera?

A: Yes you will if your camera's input are left and right channels for stereo.

Q: 2. Can I purchase multiple bluetooth mics to use for this if they're on the same channel?

A: No. You can only use one (included) microphone transmitter with the included receiver. To receive from two microphones you would need two seperate receivers. The frequency used by this Comic WS50H is not Bluetooth, it is between 520 and 526 mhz.

Q: 3. Does it work with iPhone 12 since it has no jack port?

A: Yes it does work with a iPhone 12 all you need is the apple adapter from 3.5mm (jack) to Lightning connection. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1280795-REG/apple_mmx62am_a_lightning_to_3_5mm_headphone.html

Q: 4. Which Apple cable do you need to plug the audio out of the receiver to the Lighting port on your iPhone?

A: The included: 3.5mm TRS Male to 3.5mm TRRS Male Cable.

Q: 5. How long do the battery's last in 200?

A: About to 3-5 hours.

Q: 6. If I buy two kits with handheld microphones and connect both microphones to a single receiver with the same frequency (both microphones and the receiver), will it work? Will the audio from both microphones be picked up by the same receiver?

A: No, it will not work. You may want to consider the Samson Go Mic Mobile, which does have a two channel receiver, and the system comes with two mics and all accessories, with the exception of the Apple adapter, if you intend to use with an iPhone. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1374611-REG/samson_go_mic_mobile_dual.html

Q: 7. How long do the battery's last in the 200? And other than the battery's, is there any major difference between the 200 & 300? I'm not finding any, but maybe I missed something... thanks.

A: 200 uses AA batteries where the 300 has internal rechargeable batteries. Only other difference I see is that the 300 also includes more accessories like the 1/8" to XLR output cable. The micro USB recharge port does beg the question if an external (cell phone) charging battery would work to extend the active life...

Q: 8. It have reciver or transmitter both?

A: Yes, this is a complete wireless microphone system with a handheld transmitter/microphone and receiver.

Q: 9. My video cam has 2 xlr inputs. Can I feed the two mics to separate channels with a mini-2xlr splitter?

A: You can use the Saramonic SR-UM10-CC1 3.5mm TRS to Two XLR Male Output Y-Cable for Wireless Mic Systems (B&H# SASRUM10CC1) to send the receiver's output signal to both XLR inputs on your video camera. The receiver sends a single signal with the combined output of both mics so you will have the same combined signal with the audio from both mics going to both input channels on the camera. The receiver only provides a combined output and does not separate the signals of the individual mics.

Q: 10. Can the transmitter minus mic be connected to 2 channel RCA output on a Yamaha Stagepas 300 mixer?

A: No this will not work well to send the line level signal of a mixer, the transmitter take a microphone level. also keep in mind this system has a locking pin connector therefore 3.5mm cables without the correct locking pin wont fully connect causing noise.

[Camera-Mount] I bought this at the same time I bought the Tascam DR-60DmkII. I wish I could remember the name of the salesperson who helped me because he did a terrific job in guiding me towards these two products.
I come from a professional television background, Im a retired Director of Photography/Director. While I didnt do audio I knew the mics we used cost at least $600 dollars each, some touching 2K. This wireless lav cost me $189! I wasnt expecting too much and was more than pleasantly surprised on my first test playback. The sound is excellent. $600 dollar excellent? No - but close enough. Sound is smooth and clear and with 48 channels to choose from I doubt interference will ever be an issue. This is an excellent value and you get more that you have a right to expect in this price range. Highly recommended. Thanks, B&H!

[2.15 lb] It worked fine. Not only was the pick-up range good, but I also had plenty of AA battery juice left. I could not mount it on my camcorder so I used industrial velcro. Great buy.

[Analog UHF ] I won't claim to be an audiophile, or have extensive experience using audio gear in a multitude of different scenarios. What I can say is I done a ton or research before buying and found no real reason not to buy this kit, or the brand.

It seems to be a knock off Sony, and mind you, it might not be identical to the Sony, I would not be surprised if its made in the same factory as them and being sold as knock off brand of the mostly the same thing as the Sony. A 'less' model if you will.

So in my tests, and in use, I have not found any problems, it works. For the price, you get a case and basically everything you need. If your semi pro, just getting into the wireless audio, I would strongly recommend this product. If your a major productions company with a big budget, then why not just get the Sony and be sure? Otherwise, very happy with it so far!

[1x Handheld] I almost never write reviews, but this lav kit deserves one. I'm a commercial/ecomm/biz dp that does a ton of direct to camera stuff with clients and talent. I wanted a more lightweight option for location shoots, or if a client decided on set that they want two people on camera. This is a really nice solution there.

As a guy that literally wears out gear, durability is something I look for right off the bat. These bodies are full aluminum and come in a really nice Pelican-like case. I've used this setup on 4 very different shoots the past couple weeks, with absolutely zero dropouts or weirdness of any kind. Inside, outside, and even in a super congested outdoor location. Not one drop.

There's options out there with internal batteries...in a professional environment those are not as good as models like this that take replaceable batteries. If you're on set and one goes dead, I'd rather have the option of popping in fresh batts - as opposed to plugging it into a battery brick or charger for a few hours.

Anyways, I've used a handful of other lav systems and felt very lukewarm about them.
This set has every feature I was looking for, yet simple enough to pick up and be rolling in minutes the first time. Really a great bargain for a two transmitter kit. Highly recommend!
