The Barco EN62 FLDX 0.8:1 Motorized Wide-Angle Lensoffers a 0.8:1 throw ratio and motorized, index-based iris and focus for compatible projectors. It is designed for use with the F70-4K4, F70-4K6, F70-4K8, F70-W6, F70-W8, F90-4K13, F90-W13, FL40-4K, FL40-WU, FS40-4K, FS40-WU, FS70-4K4, FS70-4K6, and FS70-W6 Projectors, and can also work with F80 series with an optional adapter and specific software.

Q: 5. Lens cover for this lens? I have a Tiffen 82 mm but it does not attach to this lens! Recommended lens cover is not shown in Accessories. What lens cover will work for the WCX-80??

A: I tried 2 Tiffen UV filters and they are very hard to screw on because ether the thread count is different or there aren't enough. When you get it on there is a slight crop in the upper left corner with active steadyshot off. When it's on and you pan quickly, the crop is large. There also is a reflection going on from the filter to the adapter when light hits it. I rely on the rubber Zunow lens hood for protection because much of the time you can't use the UV filter for these reasons.

Q: 6. Will this work on a Sony PXW-Z150?

A: Yes it will. The Z150 has a 62mm Filter Thread and this product comes with a 62-72mm adapter.

Q: 7. Will this lens adapter work for a tight room to record a remodeling project with a canon xa15? How wide is this lens adapter?

A: The Canon WA-U58 Wide Attachment Lens should work for a tight room as it will convert the XA15's 28.8mm lens into a 23mm wide angle lens.

A: Yes it will be compatible with the Canon XF 705 camcorder.

Q: 9. Will this work on the Sony NX-80?

A: Yes it will. The Sony NX-80 has a 62mm filter thread and this wide angle adapter comes with a 62-72mm Step-Up Ring.

[Yes] The lens that comes with the 370 is not very wide, the .8 wide converter is a quick simple way to get a little more frame for tight work when you need it. It looks a little soft around the edges, but you will need to spend a lot more money on getting a proper lens and adapter if you can't live with it. It is zoom thru, so you can run and gun. I prefer to put it on just when I need it, and take it off the rest of the time. 5

[Yes] I have the FX400 camcorder and I debated for a long time whether to get this lens. Since I received it I have used it multiple times in close situations and was impressed by the added width it gave my shot. Great for indoor shooting of real estate or super wide exterior needs. It is very well made and a nice accessory. If you do a lot of shooting it is a useful tool for the run and gun style fx400/405. 5

[f/2.1 to 6.5] Excellent build quality. Worried about buying a product from a company I hadn't heard of before - should not have been. This is one beautiful hunk of glass, and the fit and finish is excellent (jewel-like comes to mind) on the one I got. Bought this to use on the Sony Z90v which has a native wide angle of about 30mm - which is not really that wide in this day and age. The .8 conversion get it to about 24mm which is quite a bit more useful in the kind of shooting we plan to do with the camera. To be sure, there is optical bowing on the sides of the frame, but this is not a dealbreaker for the run/gun shooting this camera will be used for. �We are not doing architectural studies, or technical cinematography. The increased width of the shot gives shooting flexibility way beyond the native lens, and lets us capture subjects within their environments in ways we could not do with out it. In my early quick tests, I can't see much if any degradation in sharpness, and the zoom through holds sharpness from one end of the zoom range to the other. Very pleased with this purchase. �After shooting with it for a couple of hours, I consider it an essential part of our Z90V kit. 5
