The DJI RS 2/3/3 Pro 4th Axis Spring Dual Handle Gimbalimproves on the common dual-handle design for most single-handle gimbals, such as the DJI RS 2, RS 3, and RS 3 Pro, Zhiyun, Moza, and Feiyu, by adding spring stabilization. The dual springs stabilize the vertical movement of the gimbal with shock absorption, similar to how an extension arm does on a body vest.

The 4th Axis Spring Dual Handle is compatible with popular gimbals from DJI, Zhiyun-Tech, Moza, Feiyu, and ikan (please see the full list in the Features section below). For some of these gimbals, adapter rings are included to ensure a proper fit. The payload is 5 to 10 lb with the preinstalled springs and 2.9 to 6.6 lb via an alternate set of springs that comes included. The replacement springs can be installed using supplied hardware and instructions provided in the manual.

Depending on your combined camera and lens weight, spring tension and damping can be adjusted and fine-tuned via independent adjustment knobs. An adjustable neck strap is also included that allows you to let go of the Dual Handle (with a gimbal installed) to rest your arms as well as for added safety. At the top of each of the dual handgrips is a 1/4"-20 female thread for attaching accessories. The Dual Handle supports a gimbal in standard as well as underslung mode.

[Main Body: ABS] Been waiting for months for this to come available. I knew that I would like it given that it works as described. And it does, so far. Seamless control connection and still have the optional accessory to mount a cold shoe for something like the phone holder or a side handle. Wheel changes functions to focus/zoom depending on your settings and joystick works excellent. Incredible for shooting in briefcase mode and comfortably being able to control the gimbal. 5

[Main Body: ABS] I use this Z-Axis dual handle with my DJI Ronin RS4 Pro. It is an excellent stabilizer and handles my Panasonic Lumix GH6 well. But the RS4 Pro is a bit heavy with the camera and lens, so having a dual handle makes a huge difference -- you can hold it more comfortably and get better video. The Z-Axis spring handles eliminate about 98% of the vertical motion, but you have to experiment with how tight or loose the springs are set. If you are willing to take the time to get it right, you will be rewarded with very smooth video. 5

[Main Body: ABS] Lasted my three years before it broke around the weaker mid section of the handle arm. But I'm actually surprised that it lasted this long with the amount of things I've put it through. It's actually crazy how much this handle changed my way of shooting and the quality of life feeling while shooting. My only advice is to take off the rubber grip with the handle bar. The glue used will eventually melt if you're in a hotter area such as Texas. I wrapped grip tape around the arm grip instead and its always felt way better in the hands. 5
