I emailed the company and they asked me to send them a picture, as they'd never had this issue before. I did and one hour later a replacement was shipped to me. Amazing customer service from the manufacturer and incredibly fast shipping from B&H. Wow! The chairs look great.

[20.08 lb] One of my biggest P.I.T.A moments is finding a suitable chair for an interview!!!! Often, you're trying to find an office chair that doesn't look terrible, doesn't squeak, swivel or the chair is too big! This handy chair solves all of those problems. It's sits at eye level, it's comfortable and pretty much disappears. It's a little bulky to move around. Otherwise, an unexpected best buy.
