[3] Works as expected, though I haven't used it much yet but anticipate doing so as the weather gets warmer this year.

[Yes] I spent far too much time researching tripods. I'm sure it would have been helpful to stop in to a brick and mortar store, but that wasn't an option, especially in the middle of the pandemic. I'm thrilled I finally settled on the carbon fiber 3-section Manfrotto 190. I don't even notice it when strapped on to the side of my backpack: the three additional inches (compared to the 190 4-section) in folded down height is just not an issue, and I'm glad I traded them for the additional stability that comes from having one less leg section to worry about.

[Twist Lock] This tripod is light to carry and solid in the wind. It's exactly what I needed for my spotting scope. I added a bit of padding for my shoulder and am enjoying it a lot. A big improvement from my old aluminum one.

[Yes] Light and stable. Easy fast leg lock system. The fast changing center column is great for macro photography in the fly. Wish I had ordered it the first time I saw it

[Twist Lock] Finally got around to replacing my heavy old aluminum tripod. This thing is super light and surprisingly stable. Very portable. The levers for adjusting leg height are simple to operate and make for quick setup and take down. I also appreciate the way you can rotate the bubble level. Haven't had a need to use the 90 degree column system, but tried it out a little when I first got it and seems to work well.

[3 Positions] Everything you need in a tripod and I like the snap leg closures as opposed to the screw out style of tripod I had before. Very sturdy and good quality, great for my spotting scope and camera for birding.
