Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, with five colors to match clothing, hair, and skin tones. Use a felt tip marker to color the white caps for near-perfect concealability. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.

The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps and works well in hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it world-class survivability.

The B6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and thin diaphragm combine to offer low handling noise. The flat-frequency response accurately captures voice or instruments, and the small size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.

Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. Versions are available for different speaking or singing styles, with high overload capability for recording instruments.

Low, head miking for theater.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can the Whirlwind PressBox6 be fed by the LMPRE mic preamp to make an inexpensive mult box?

A: Yes, that set-up should work fine.

Q: 2. Dose the Sanken Cos-11D lav work with the Saraminic UWMIC9 TX9 transmitter ?

A: Yes, you can use a Sanken COS-11D lavalier with the Saramonic UWMIC9 TX9 transmitter, but only if it has a 3.5mm locking connector and a compatible internal wiring configuration. B&H item # SAC11WNSOTRB is a COS-11D with a 3.5mm locking connector that is wired for use with Sony UWP transmitters, and it will also work with a Saramonic UWMIC9 TX9 because the internal wiring configuration and the connector are the same for both Saramonic and Sony.

Q: 3. How do you attach the mic transmitter to your body? Is there a belt clip?

A: Yes, the receivers come with a belt clip. If the subject is not wearing a belt, or if there are costumes involved, there is also a variety of belts available: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?ci=9758&fct=fct_case-type_1494%7ctransmitter-belts&N=4291074638

Q: 4. Does anyone know what the transmitter mic wiring is? I tried using an ECM77 from my Sony wireless pack and it didn't work - so I'm assuming it's not the same. Has anyone tried a mic wired for Sennheiser? It's a great product but the included mics are huge! I ailed Saramonic but they said I'd have to try it myself to see if it would work.

A: The Rode Lav with the Micon connection works great with these for anyone looking. Price is good and they sound fantastic.

Q: 5. anyone had any radio interference static, hisses or clicks picked up from the transmission especially when walking about in differenet environments of is the audio always generally 'clean' and free of intereference? Thank you

A: Have you changed the channels? Do a frequency scan when this happens and it will find the cleanest available channel. Then sync the transmitters to the receiver. You will need to do this for both A & B frequencies on your receiver. This should fix your problem.

Q: 6. Is the headphones female port trs or trrs and will this work with my Canon M50

A: The Kopul ACH4-25MON Line-to-Mic Attenuator Cable uses a standard 1/8" TRS connection for headphone monitoring and is compatible for use with the 1/8" / 3.5 mm TRS stereo microphone input on the Canon EOS M50 Mark II Mirrorless Camera.

Q: 7. can you lock out the mute function on the transmitters?

A: Yes, you can lock the transmitter so the device can not be turned off or muted.

Q: 8. Is this compatible with android devices?

A: You can use the Kopul ACH4-25MON with an Android device but you will need to use it with a 3.5mm TRRS adapter to convert the plug from 3.5mm TRS to TRRS since smartphones have a 3.5mm TRRS connector. The Rode SC4 3.5mm TRS Female to 3.5mm Right-Angle TRRS Male Adapter Cable for Smartphones (B&H # ROSC4). Another option would be to use a similar cable that already has a TRRS connector such as the Movo Photo TCB2 XLR Female Microphone to 3.5mm TRRS Male Smartphone Adapter (B&H # MOTCB2) or the MXL Female XLR to 3.5mm Male TRRS and 3.5mm Female TRS Multimedia Adapter Cable (B&H # MXMMCABLE1).

Q: 9. Wht is the difference between this cable and ACH4-25MON-RA?

A: The Right - Angle connectors.

Q: 10. With a requirement of 4 xlr-m and 4xlr-f, what breakout harness do you suggest for analog audio?

A: At this time, we don't carry the compatible breakout cable you'd need for four (4) XLR male and four (4) XLR female analog audio connections on the Digigram ALP442e-MIC Multichannel PCIe Sound Card with 4 Mic/Line Inputs. For your reference, the SKU/part # for the breakout cable is DIG-SC2422A0301.
