The black K&M 26706 Heavy-Duty Steel Base Plate offers three different M20 threads for common distance rods and tubes, allowing the user to accommodate a variety of pedestals and load requirements. The thin plate offers an elegant solution with an integrated handle that also facilitates cable flow through it, yet is dependably heavy, weighing 29.1 lb.

The centered thread is recommended for centered loads, while the eccentric option is designed for small to medium off-centered loads. The corner thread is recommended for heavier off-centered loads. The maximum capacity (depending on the tubes used) is 77 pounds. Four felt-covered feet are included.

[Stand Base] This Heavy Duty Wall Mount Base mounts the two-joint mic arm to the wall. It is sturdy and perfect for the job. I mounted it at about shoulder-height for me, which makes the boom arm go low/high enough for any of my student voice talents that may use my booth. In order to make this mount fit a standard 2x4 stud, behind the double 5/8 drywall, I needed to manufacture a custom wooden block made out of a 2x4. This allows the horizontal mounting holes of the wall-mount to be fastened to the wooden block, while the block is mounted securely to the wall with two vertically positioned 4 screws through the drywall and into the stud. The two 4 screws are hidden by the wall-mount once the mount is attached to the block by the four shorter screws. 5

[Stand Base] Used this to mount the OC white mic arm to the wall, the mount is heavy duty and has worked wonderfully. For some reason the picture isn't in the position in which you would actually mount this, I guess it was easy for the photographer to take a picture by standing it up like this but the side its standing on is what goes on the wall. 5

[Stand Base] Like all the manfrotto stands I use this one just awesome. It is on the heavy side, but thats to be expected with a steel stand. The leveling is nice feature too. I use this stand for as my boom stand to hold a 300w monolight and it works great. 5

[33 lb] For O.C. White products, this is the best solution for wall mounting. I needed a second one for another location. The best wall mount solution out there. 5

[Stand Base] This stand is quite large and heavy. It's honestly a bit more than what I would like but I wanted a windup stand that would support a large boom and where both risers went up via the crank. If this was 2/3 the size that it is, it would be perfect and work much better for location work. Still, it's a great stand and does exactly what it's designed to do so it get's 5 stars. I won't be taking it on location unless there is very definitive need and I have a couple strong dudes to wrangle it. 5
