The white Countryman B6 Omni Lavalier Mic for Zaxcom Transmittersfrom Countryman B6 Omni Lavalier Mic for Zaxcom Transmittersis a very small lav microphone measuring one tenth of an inch in diameter. It can be used to capture audio for theater, broadcast, house of worship, and general lavalier applications.

This version is the least sensitive mic and a good choice for instrument applications, opera, or where the microphone will be positioned very near the mouth. Built with a low handling noise and rugged construction, the B6 lavalier microphone can be easily hidden in a performer's hair or on costumes, ties, or behind a shirt button. It can also be attached to eyeglasses, for a secure, discreet, and convenient alternative to hair miking. The ultrathin diaphragm deliver a natural sound while its tiny size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection. The B6's aramid-reinforced cable terminates to a LEMO 3-pin connector for direct connection to Zaxcom TRX900AA, TRX900LA, TRX900LT, TRX900LTH, TRX900LTHS, TRX900LTS, TRXFB3, TRXLA2, TRXLA3, TRXLT3, and ZMT3 wireless bodypack transmitters.

Additionally, the included swappable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with a protective cap, which can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement.

Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, with five colors to match clothing, hair, and skin tones. Use a felt tip marker to color the white caps for near-perfect concealability. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.

The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps and works well in hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it world-class survivability.

The B6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and thin diaphragm combine to offer low handling noise. The flat-frequency response accurately captures voice or instruments, and the small size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.

Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. Versions are available for different speaking or singing styles, with high overload capability for recording instruments.

Very low, mic near user's mouth.

A: I can't find an adapter that works to adapt it to XLR or 1/4

Q: 2. I currently own the Samson Go Mic Mobile system with the Q8 handheld mic. Can I use two of the LM8 Lavalier packs with the receiver that I already have? Or do I need to purchase the Dual Channel Lav System?

A: The Samson Go Mic Mobile reciever will allow for two transmitters, so you can add this body pack and lav to your system in additon to the Q8 handheld transmitter for a two channel system.

Q: 4. Why does Deity's own website state Max SPL is 110dB yet the BH site states SPL is 130dB? Is this a mistake?

A: According to Deity, some microdot connectors allow for higher SPL ratings for the Deity Microphones W.Lav Pro Omni Lavalier Microphone (Black).

Q: 5. Can I use multiple systems separately? We have a building with multiple classrooms, and each classroom needs its own mic. If we have 5 of this mics, is the signal goin to be mix or does it keeps separated?

A: Yes, you can use up to three Samson Go Mic Mobile Digital Wireless Systems simultaneously within a 100-foot range which will allow you to have a total of six transmitters operating at the same time within 100 feet of each other.

Q: 6. I want to use multiple SYSTEMS in the same space in the following way: two transmitters send the signal to the same receiver, and this receiver gets the signal into a computer for streaming. In the same room would be multiple SYSTEMS, each sending the signal to a different stream. I don't want the systems to work together in the same space, but rather independently. Is this posible with this equipment?

A: The Samson Go Mic Mobile allows for six total transmitters (handheld beltpack lav/headset)to be used across three complete systems. 100' operating range (line of sight) Up to three simultaneous systems, for six total transmitters

Q: 7. Can I use this with a Zoom H5? If so how?

A: This version of the Tram TR50 is intended for use with a Sennheiser wireless transmitter. If you will be using the mic with a Sennheiser transmitter and also want to be able to connect it directly to an XLR input on the H5, you can use the Tram TR79+ Power Supply for TR50 with Sennheiser EW Series Wireless Connection and Positive Bias Wiring - Battery & Phantom (B&H # TRTR79SETP) which would allow you to power the mic using either an LR44 battery or using phantom power from the H5 (with battery removed) or the Ambient Recording EMP3.5 Electret Microphone Power Adapter for Sennheiser evolution Microphones (B&H # AMEMP3.5) which works with phantom power only. If you do not need a TR50 that can be used with a Sennheiser wireless mic system, then the Tram TR50 Omnidirectional Lavalier Condenser Microphone with XLR Connector - Black (B&H # TRTR50BPS) would be a much better option since it has a hardwired XLR connector and can be connected directly to a mic input on the H5, or connected directly to a mixer or amplifier capable of supplying phantom power. Please contact us by phone or through live chat if you would like further assistance.

Q: 8. How long is the cable and will this Tram TR50 Mic work directly in a camcorder such as a Sony Z-190 — with a longer XLR cable attached?

A: The cable for the TR50 is 4.5 feet long. The mic can be connected directly to the Sony camcorder or used with an additional XLR cable to extend the length. The mic requires 12 to 48V phantom power and the camera will supply it.

Q: 9. Can you use the Samson Go Mic Mobile during a Facebook Live stream?

A: yes. One word of warning. its a 10 mW transmitter Its on 2.4 GHz . Physics 101 its the microwave band. so its 100% line of sight. if you have *nothing* between the RX and TX its a very good mic . the moment you put body mass between it the thing is useless . lav belt packs are made for the back on your belt ect. It was unusable facing the cam 20 feet away! . the hand mic as its in front might be OK. Still the fact it was blocked was a deal breaker. had I known it was a wimnpy 10 mW of RF then I would have never bought it . I ended up buying a VHF pro-88 It does get a tad fuzzy at 100 Feet away but with in 30 feet its super solid. 150 mW RF and as its analog its nor a sudden drop off .

Q: 10. Can I do real time audio monitoring?

A: When sending audio out of the Samson Go Mic Mobile Digital Wireless System with Q8 Dynamic Handheld Mic/Transmitter via the Micro-USB connection, the onboard 1/8" output can be used to monitor audio in real time. If the 1/8" output is needed to send audio to another device, monitoring would need to be done via a headphone output on the device connected.
