The width of the pouch is perfect, but the lid just barely folds over the opening. The ACAM-76 isn't much bigger, though, so that's the safer bet if you want to maximize protection, use a thicker strap, or want to carry anything else in the pouch. For my taste, I'm keeping the ACAM-75.
