$449.85 $584.80

Made in Kyoto, the black Artisan & Artist Woven Silk Cord Camera Strap offers a sleek & classic look for holding a DSLR or mirrorless camera with an attached lens or a pair of binoculars. Silk is known for its elasticity, strength and beauty—making it ideal to hold your camera.

It has an adjustable length from 32.5" to 46" so you can fit it for your preference, whether you want to wear it simply from your neck or a more comfortable and jaunty cross-body carry. The elegant woven silk won't dig into your neck under the camera's weight. Italian leather connectors transition the silk to the strong and durable polyester strap that connects to your camera lugs or rings. Simply loop the ends through them and use the slide buckle to adjust the length. Fashionable and breathable, you can wear the strap in comfort even in hot weather, and tie it short or wind it around your wrist when shooting for extra security.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this fit a Leica M11 and attached Summicron 35 mm or 50 mm lens? And strap as well? or should I go with the ACAM-76?

A: The Leica M11 Rangefinder Camera (Black) with Leica Summicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPH Lens or Leica Summicron-M 50mm f/2 Lens would fit tightly in the Artisan & Artist ACAM-75 Camera Pouch (Black). The Artisan & Artist ACAM-76 Camera Pouch (Black) is the better option. Here is the link: https://bhpho.to/3nrxMTv.

Q: 2. Has anyone removed the label? How difficult? Do all the holes still show?

A: I'm sorry but you will have try it and see.

Q: 3. Is there a belt provision on the back part of the pouch?

A: No. The wrap around strap could be used in such a way but it would not be practical nor secure.

Q: 4. Will this fit a Leica Q? Lens hood attached?

A: I had the same question, so I bought both to test them out. The Leica Q2 with lens hood, cap, and the stock leather strap fits comfortably in the ACAM-75. The width of the pouch is perfect, but the lid just barely folds over the opening. The ACAM-76 isn't much bigger, though, so that's the safer bet if you want to maximize protection, use a thicker strap, or want to carry anything else in the pouch. For my taste, I'm keeping the ACAM-75.

Q: 5. Would this fit the Fuji x100v with lens hood?

A: Yes, the Artisan & Artist ACAM-75 Camera Pouch will fit the FUJIFILM X100V Digital Camera with the lens hood.

Q: 6. Is there any place to hold or attach a compact tripod such as the Peak Design travel tripod?

A: No, the Artisan & Artist RR4-06C Camera Backpack does not have any external mounting mechanism for a tripod.

Q: 7. Will this fit a Leica Q with lens hood?

A: it fits perfectly even with lens cap on the hood and a hand grip

Q: 8. Will this pouch fit an A7Rii with a Batis (25mm) lens attached?

A: No, it is too small for that equipment. You would want to go a size bigger.

Q: 9. Will this fit a Fuji x110v?

A: Yes.

Q: 10. How does the strap compare in thickness to the Artisan & Artist rope straps?

A: This strap has a wide of 1.6" compared to Artisan & Artist which can be 0.3" or higher depending on the model.

[5 x 3.4 x 1.3"] The strap is expensive, but marries with the simplicity of the Leica beautifully. Out of the box it is a bit stiff but it softens with use. The strap takes up no space in the bag and is very comfortable on the neck. I got the extra long, and it is not extra long, but it is a good length for me. I usually like longer straps. With a few twists of the wrist, the strap comfortably serves as a wrist strap also.

[0.165 lb] This strap is top quality in form and function. The navy color is beautiful, and the silk breathes well in heat so it doesn't leave a sweat strap across your shirt. The cord is extremely strong and folds up very discretely in a bag. And it easily turns into a wrist strap by simply wrapping your arm through it a couple times.

On one hand it's a ridiculous price for a camera strap; on the other, it's by far the best strap I've ever used and I won't ever need to buy another. (Except that I just ordered another one for another camera.)

If you're looking for the best, this is a 10/10.

[5 x 3.4 x 1.3"] Very well made. Works great wrapped around your wrist or on shoulder or neck.

[Yes] Expensive for a strap. I got this to attach to a Leica M as I like to carry the camera in my right hand with the strap wrapped round my hand/wrist. This strap lets this happen more easily than the original Leica strap, which is more designed for 'over the shoulder' use. The strap can also be used round the neck. It is comfortable, but I wouldn't want it to be any shorter or narrower. I also like that it is quite low key in appearance no camera maker's name for example. The only negative would be the price, but hopefully it will be around a long time.

[Yes] The flat profile of the silk strap makes for all-day comfort even with a heavy setup like Sony A1 and Sony 70-200 2.8 GM II.
When used away from the neck, the strap wraps nicely on the wrist.
For video shooting, the strap works smoothly for pans and tilts.

[5 x 3.4 x 1.3"] The deal is you can wrap this around your wrist even though it's thick enough to be comfortable on your neck. I like the longer length because you can sling it over your shoulder. I've used almost every strap made, these are the best.

[0.165 lb] A great quality product with premium material and feel. Bought it to go along with my new mirrorless camera and it was perfect for the size. I already own the neck strap from them for another camera and I know I was going to get something that will last and look good for a long time. Quality and looks are equally important IMHO. Can't say enough good things about it. Well worth it.

[Yes] I've had Gordy's, clever supply, ona, and peak design straps.

This is on rangefinder.

I wanted a neck strap and a wrist strap.

I liked the idea of clever supply using peak design clips... I was able to switch between the wrist and neck strap easily... however, the large black plastic was obtrusive and made the camera sit at a weird angle when hanging from neck/shoulder.

I love this A&A strap....

It's not bulky. It has a nice stretch to it. I was afraid that the silk would slide easily on the shoulder, it doesn't.

I like that you can tie a simple clove hitch in the strap to create a shorter neck strap... I like that you can wrap it around your wrist to easily create a wrist strap... I like that it takes up no room in my bag... I like that it has leather protectors to protect the camera from the metal ring.

I love this strap and glad I finally found something to suit my needs.
