The USB port is for charging only and the wired 1/8" (3.5mm) aux input is not for use with a microphone. However, you could work around these limitations and connect the mic to a computer, then use the computer's Bluetooth to send the audio output from the computer to the Xtreme 2, or use the computer's headphone output to connect to the Xtreme 2's wired 1/8" (3.5mm) aux input.
