Offered here in chrome, the 10.5' GVM C330 Turtle Base C-Stand & Grip Arm Kit 10.5 Chromeis used for mounting lighting equipment and a variety of light-shaping tools and accessories. Constructed from stainless steel, the stand employs two risers and three sections that fully extend to a height of 126". The turtle base detaches completely from the riser. The base has wide C-type legs with a stable footprint of 27.6" that accommodates easy sandbagging and straddling of obstacles as well as folding flat. The stand has a 5/8" stud for lights or other gear. It comes with a 40" grip arm, as well as a separate grip head that allows the clamped arm to travel anywhere along its length for positioning modifiers such as silks, flags, and scrims.

[Chrome] The non-slip grip on the stand comes in handy when handling the stand, especially on cold shoots. The stand overall is very durable. Teeth in the grip head add an extra level of security for heavier loads. 5

[Not Compatible] I wanted a C Stand so for so long and this was a good choice I made to get this. it's very Solid and sturdy. I'm thinking about purchasing another one. 5

[Not Compatible] The foot is solid but I think the arrow should not be tightened too hard but the rest is great but a little heavy so better for the studio but it remains completely removable and solid so I recommend this product Le pied est solide mais je pense qu'il faut ne pas serré trop fort la flèche mais le reste est super mais un peut lourd donc mieux pour studio mais il reste démontable complètement et solide donc je recommande ce produit 5

[23 lb] So I own a few C- Stands. Including the OG Matthews brand. I was stoked to see GVM come out with Turtle-Base C Stand & Grip Arm. The weight of this feels good. Really strong and the heads grip tight as well. For the price you can't beat it. I really recommend this over many of the other C stands out there. 5
