A: Unfortunately it will not. According to the Manufacturer this works with wires between 16 - 12 AWG.

A: No, Neutrik does not offer this adapter in black finish.

Q: 4. How to connect a Phoenix 3 pole female, on one end, with an RCA male connector on the other end?

A: Easiest way is to take a RCA cable and cut one end off. Strip the ends and insert them into plus and negative ends on Phoenix. They are marked on the connector which is which. There will not be a ground, so make sure cable itself is under 18 feet.

Q: 5. Is this connector compatible with Clear-Com?

A: Unfortunately no. This item BH #NENC6FXB is not compatible with anything. If what you are using outputs 6-pins then this connector would need to be soldered to the intended wire that same configuration. It will not just plug into an existing unit.

Q: 6. Isn't this a male connector?

A: It's confusing but it is a female connector, the contacts are recessed inside and the panel mount or couplers are male

Q: 8. How is this adaptor wired? We assume BNC "hot" goes to XLR pin 2, but is XLR pin 3 floating or strapped to XLR pin 1? Can we alter the internal wiring?

A: According to Neutrik, the NA2FBNC is wired so that XLR pin 2 is hot and pins 1 and 3 are wired to ground. The internal wiring on the adapter is not intended to be reconfigured. A: Yes, this is the right part.

Q: 10. Does this fit the Crest CKi series power amplifier?

A: The Crest CKi series uses barrier strip and 4-pin Phoenix connectors, so the Hosa Technology Phoenix 3-Pole Female Connector would not be a match.

[UL] Excellent conductivity. I was using the cheaper speakon connectors in the past and used to get intermittent connection issues. This is no longer an issue after stepping up to Neutrik brand devices 5

[UL 94 HB] I did not realize that the Neutrik NL2FC was discontinued for some reason or another, but these connectors replaced them perfectly. They will take a heavy 12ga cable. The only problem now is they all look alike where the original 2 conductor connector had a specific look to differentiate from the others in the Neutrik catalog. 5
