[0.15 lb] It is fast and very convenient. I have a ridiculous monitor with the USB plugs recessed in the back--this helps a lot. However the Excellon adapter I ordered from B and H arrived DOA, Dead on arrival which really surprised me. I thought that maybe my computer was not working or something. So I tested and tested until I concluded, yup, DOA. I wrote the company and they replaced it. 5

[Bus Powered ] Like a lot of people, I needed an extra port or two. Theres a huge variety of them so when I told the B&H tech what I wanted it for, he recommended this one. My main concern was that even with its low price, it would not effect the speed of any program that I might use, particularly ones that I use for photos and music. Despite the enormity of my files of both, this hub works with my iMac flawlessly and Im very satisfied. 5
