[0.105 lb] The product itself is great. You wouldn't even know it was on once installed. But the customer service is EXEMPLARY. I ordered the wrong size and didnt realize til after I opened it, and they sent me a new one right away. They were super helpful, super responsive, and really dedicated to excellent customer service. I wish more companies were like them. To the reviewer that had dust in theirs, I would say reach out to the company and Id bet they send you a new one for free!

[0.105 lb] The one tip Expert Shield provided took the nightmare out of positioning and applying the shield perfectly: Simply position the shield in place and using a small piece of masking tape attach one end of the shield to the camera body. Then after repositioning, lift the shield using the tape as a hinge and peel off the under protective layer. With the hinge still in place, allow the shield to 'fall' into place. Smooth out and remove top protective layer.

[0.105 lb] Bought this as a cheaper alternative to the Leica brand version. It went on easily, and looks perfect - no air bubbles at all and perfectly aligned. Can't even tell it's there - and now I can let the camera hang around my neck without worrying about the screen rubbing on brass snaps etc.

[0.105 lb] Despite the mixed reviews here at B&H I took the risk and ordered this screen protector as it seems to be the only glass screen protector around. It came with detailed instructions and installation tips and I was able to get it lined up well. It's not unlike installing a glass screen protector on a cell phone. Mine even took a blow and cracked. My M10-P's screen emerged unscathed and it did it's job. Expert Shield even sent me a replacement for the cracked screen protector. Their customer service is top notch! I would highly recommend. Plus, it comes with two screen protectors and you can install the spare one while waiting to receive the new set. I forgot there were two and reordered a second set from B&H.

[Glass] The Leica M11-P doesn't need a screen protector with its sapphire crystal glass, but I opted for one anyway. Expert Shield provides helpful 'Easy as ABC tips; however, I didn't have tape around to use as a hinge. Instead, before peeling off the factory screen protector, I put on some nitrile powder-free gloves and laid the Expert Shield screen protector on top to get a sense of how it aligns. Once I used a rocket-shaped air-blower to make everything dust free, as well as peeled the factory screen protector and the Expert Shield screen protector backing, I just made sure the left edges lined up parallel in the position I wanted then dropped it. Nothing seemed to happen in the first couple seconds, then the Expert Shield screen protector began to adhere and settle on its own onto the Leica M11-P's sapphire crystal glass from the upper right corner towards the bottom left corner, slowly pushing a huge air bubble that shrinks in size and eventually gets pushed out as it goes. Talk about trusting the process! The Expert Shield installs itself resulting in a smooth, crystal clear application. No dust. No bubbles.
