The YELANGU C12 Cage Sony DSC-RX100 VII Camerafrom YELANGU C12 Cage Sony DSC-RX100 VII Camerafeatures a wooden handgrip and offers an integrated shoe mount on the side, allowing you to use the camera with better handling as well as with a light or mic attached. At the same time, the cage provides protection for the camera on all sides and also gives you 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads all around, including on the bottom for attachment to a tripod. The camera mount platform is rubber-padded to prevent twisting and scratching.

Extensive good reviews can be found els ware. Compared to the Mark III this zoom is much more useful. The trade off going back to a f2.8 is not a big loss. One change that was a problem till I figured out a solution: I use to pull out the SD card and save files directly to iMovie and then finalize. The first time I tried that it did not work. I now have to connect the camera to the computer download the file to the computer and then start editing because imovie wouldn't finalize from the SD card in the computer or in the camera. Great camera! 5

This grip set is valuable if you want to use RX100 VII. It is must have item. I am using this to take a photo of my child, he runs around super fast. Never miss the focus! 5

I have been looking for a small camera to carry while cycling or just in my glove box for access when I don't have my ILC camera with me. This camera fits that bill perfectly with excellent image quality. I am very happy with it. 5

Having owned the first, the third, and the sixth iteration of the rx100, I can say this is the best one. The sixth was not a good iteration and had focus issues. They solved all that on this one and it performs like the A7Riv and the A9. It has a ton of other features like the burst sequence, the no blackout shooting, and the high speed video modes. This was well worth the upgrade from the rx100 vi. 5

Love this camera. My primary cameras are the Sony A7 series, shooting full frame RAW. But the DSC-RX100 VII fits in my pocket, has a great zoom range and shoots pretty decent RAW images. Turning the camera on and off with the viewfinder is a handy feature, and the LCD screen works well, too. For a camera this size, it is a great travel camera, and the telephoto goes way beyond what your smartphone will do. It's main weakness is low-light. To get the large zoom range, the lens is a 2.8-4.5, but that is to be expected in a camera this size. Terrific camera for going on a vacation with your family, or as a companion to a full-frame kit for the professional. 5
