A: They do not. I purchased after seeing the answers below and they are wrong. You'll either need to buy the Profoto grids or find a used 7" refector.

[Zipper] This is a must have modifier for anyone using Profoto equipment. The build is great and can take a 10ft fall with only minor chips on the interior white coating. If using with the D1's make sure you buy the glass dome otherwise you will be disappointed with the center dark spot. Picking up the 25 degree grid makes the light all the more useful when trying to control it and get ready to drop some dough on a Tenba softlight case for transporting it. 5
