[Black] I've used cheaper stereo cables that usually come with the equipment. However, I need a long audio cord due to the placement of my equipment. [0.575 lb] I'm using this Mogami TRS cable along with a Rode VideoMic NTG recording into a Zoom F3 recorder with XLR to TRS mount. The cable made a noticeable difference in higher audio quality and eliminated nearly all self noise that usually comes with TRS style microphones. I'm very happy to get broadcast quality sound comparable to XLR mic setups. The Mogami cable was the perfect cable to achieve the sound quality I wanted. Very happy with my purchase. 5

[Mogami] In any audio situation, the key to quality sound, is to have a quality chain. Having purchased an extremely nice pair of studio monitors, I knew the only thing missing from my playback chain, was a quality set of cables. After much research, I settled on Mogami. I was not disappointed. When listening back through my monitors, the lows were lower, and the highs higher. Overall, my speakers seem more vivid, deeper, and more detailed compared to the old set of cables I was using. Despite this vast improvement in sound, my monitors were still extremely natural sounding, and not hyped in anyway. I highly recommend these cables if you are serious about your sound. 5
