Small and lightweight, but packing a powerful punch, the black Pelican 1970 LED Penlight Blackis designed to be your go-to light in your everyday carry kit. Compact at 5.75" long and weighing under 2 ounces with the two included AAA batteries to easily fit in a tool pouch or breast pocket, it outputs a single 139 lumens of clear white light to illuminate your work area and is controlled with a simple push-button switch with either momentary or constant-on activation. The housing is sealed to an IPX4 rating to be resistant to rain and driving water and made with an aluminum core and overmolded with ABS plastic for strength and reliability; it also comes with an integrated pocket clip.

A: With no lens attached and lying flat, it probably will. But with the lens attached and sitting upright, it might not fit.

[2x White LED] I purchased my first Pelican products in the late 70's. The Pelican 1975 is the best penlight I have ever used in 38 years as a paramedic. The 'soft switch' allows convenient intermittent use. As I have had difficulty finding one from several vendors, I'm likely to purchase a second one any day. You should too. 5

[2x White LED] I have several of these now, scattered throughout the house and garage. They are economical, and have proved to be reliable over time. I have dropped them more than once. No problem. I love the yellow color, which makes the flashlight easy to find. 5

[2x White LED] Great flashlight, I've owned several over the years. I usually end up losing them. I finally had one quit on me. It was well used and coast still warrantied it. I just answered some questions and sent some pictures and they took care it. While on their website I seen that they had the light on sale in red color so I got a couple of them the new ones seem to have a heavier pocket clip. So far it works well and stays put in my pocket. The red color should make it easier to find if I drop it. I've been getting black ones as that is all our home improvement store had. Great beam for the kind of work I do. 5

[2x White LED] Great little light..Always have a new one on the shelf. In the back of my front pocket I can't tell its there. Not the brightest but a super time saver for me. Several people are getting one from me for christmas. I have had the clips break somehow. 5
