A: The teenage engineering Field Audio Cable 3.5mm to Dual 1/4" splits a stereo audio signal to separate left and right mono channels, not dual mono where the audio is the same on both sides.

[Gray] I use these all the time to connect small synthesizer and player devices to my portable mixer. Good quality jacketing that is flexible and doesn't have much memory for bends. 5
