These are 2 different kinds of antennas. The SNA600a is omnidirectional and the Sennheiser A2003UHF is directional. Which one is best would depend on the situation you are working in. Think of an omnidirectional mic vs. a cardioid. They have different pickup patterns and serve different purposes.
