The Synco WMic-T3 Wireless Lavalier Microphone System (UHF)is a camera-mount wireless lavalier microphone system offering a flexible and complete solution for videographers, vloggers, and mobile journalists who need to record two subjects to cameras, camcorders, or mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, even at great distances.

The WMic-T3 includes two omnidirectional lavalier microphones for convenient voice capture in video shoots, interviews, and more. The transmitters can accommodate mic sources or line-level signals from devices such as field mixers, and their switchable RF output power settings enable optimization of power consumption and recording quality.

The dual-channel receiver can be hooked on your belt, attached to a camera shoe, or mounted on a tripod. Connect its main 3.5mm output to the mic input of your camera with the supplied TRS cable, to the input of your mobile device with the included TRRS cable, or to a professional camcorder using the provided 3.5mm to XLR cable. A separate 3.5mm headphone output lets you monitor your signal in real time to ensure it is free of distortion.

The receiver and transmitters feature 100 switchable channels and easy auto-scan setup to help you avoid interference without complicated configuration. Use the adjustable volume to manage audio levels and employ the 75/150 Hz low-cut filter to reduce rumble. The receiver and transmitters are each powered by an internal lithium battery, which offers up to 10 hours of run time and recharges via USB in approximately 3.5 hours.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will the Sennheiser ME 2-II Omni Lav mic work with this pack?

A: Yes it will.

Q: 2. Hi there! Are the mics cardioid or omni? Thanks :)

A: Mics on transmitters Omni , lavalier mics omni

Q: 3. If I buy 2 sets, will I be able to use them across 4 channels or just A & B?

A: Synco recommends that only WAir-G2-A2 PRO transmitters be used in one place at the same time. It is possible that two sets could be used together, although results will vary based on location, conditions, and interference. In any case, when two dual-channel wireless systems are used together they remain two separate systems, with each receiver receiving audio from only the two transmitters with which it is paired.

Q: 4. How long do the battery's last in the 200? And other than the battery's, is there any major difference between the 200 & 300? I'm not finding any, but maybe I missed something... thanks.

A: 200 uses AA batteries where the 300 has internal rechargeable batteries. Only other difference I see is that the 300 also includes more accessories like the 1/8" to XLR output cable. The micro USB recharge port does beg the question if an external (cell phone) charging battery would work to extend the active life...

Q: 5. How to adjust volume on actual mic

A: At this time, we can not find an available manual for this item to guide you. In general for most wireless systems, there should be a level control option in the menu of the receiver where you would adjust the output signal up or down.

Q: 6. Can I plug the Azden SMX-30 into one of the Comica transmitters to act as an off camera boom?

A: Yes, you can connect the Azden SMX-30 to a Comica transmitter and use it off camera.

Q: 7. Will this power a DPA 4060 lav mic?

A: The transmitter in this wireless system can accept and power a mic such as the DPA Microphones d:screet Core 4060 Miniature Omnidirectional Microphone with 1/8" Mini-Jack Connector (High-Sens, Black), BH #DP4060OCCB34.

Q: 8. My video cam has 2 xlr inputs. Can I feed the two mics to separate channels with a mini-2xlr splitter?

A: You can use the Saramonic SR-UM10-CC1 3.5mm TRS to Two XLR Male Output Y-Cable for Wireless Mic Systems (B&H# SASRUM10CC1) to send the receiver's output signal to both XLR inputs on your video camera. The receiver sends a single signal with the combined output of both mics so you will have the same combined signal with the audio from both mics going to both input channels on the camera. The receiver only provides a combined output and does not separate the signals of the individual mics.

Q: 9. How can I plug this into my XLR on my camera input ?

A: You can connect the Synco WAir-G2-A2 Ultracompact 2-Person Digital Wireless Microphone System to an XLR input on your camera by using an adapter like the Kopul A-XMMF 3.5mm TRS Female to XLR Male Adapter (B&H # KOAXMMF) with the 3.5mm TRS to TRS receiver output cable that comes included with the wireless mic system.

Q: 10. Will this come with lav mics?

A: Yes, lavalier mics are included with the Synco WAir wireless mic system.

[1800 mAh ] I won't claim to be an audiophile, or have extensive experience using audio gear in a multitude of different scenarios. What I can say is I done a ton or research before buying and found no real reason not to buy this kit, or the brand.

It seems to be a knock off Sony, and mind you, it might not be identical to the Sony, I would not be surprised if its made in the same factory as them and being sold as knock off brand of the mostly the same thing as the Sony. A 'less' model if you will.

So in my tests, and in use, I have not found any problems, it works. For the price, you get a case and basically everything you need. If your semi pro, just getting into the wireless audio, I would strongly recommend this product. If your a major productions company with a big budget, then why not just get the Sony and be sure? Otherwise, very happy with it so far!

[10 Hours] I bought this for use in my local synagogue for speeches/lectures. We were having an issue with the previous mic we had that used bluetooth connection, but this is no longer an issue. This product works great, was easy and quick to set up and we now have no issues with interference! Highly recommend this product!

[Battery] I bought this as an upgrade from a dual transmitter Azden that I had used for many years. The microphones sound great and I use them in very noisy places and it cuts out the background noise very well. I also like the autoscan and syncing feature that allows me to find the best channels for the location I am shooting at and quickly sync the two receivers to the transmitter. I am considering buying a second one and replacing the Azden altogether.

[IR] Easy to use, very good audio quality, no interference at the moment.
The big difference with the rode wireless go II is that the transmitters can't record internally.

[Omnidirectional] I almost never write reviews, but this lav kit deserves one. I'm a commercial/ecomm/biz dp that does a ton of direct to camera stuff with clients and talent. I wanted a more lightweight option for location shoots, or if a client decided on set that they want two people on camera. This is a really nice solution there.

As a guy that literally wears out gear, durability is something I look for right off the bat. These bodies are full aluminum and come in a really nice Pelican-like case. I've used this setup on 4 very different shoots the past couple weeks, with absolutely zero dropouts or weirdness of any kind. Inside, outside, and even in a super congested outdoor location. Not one drop.

There's options out there with internal batteries...in a professional environment those are not as good as models like this that take replaceable batteries. If you're on set and one goes dead, I'd rather have the option of popping in fresh batts - as opposed to plugging it into a battery brick or charger for a few hours.

Anyways, I've used a handful of other lav systems and felt very lukewarm about them.
This set has every feature I was looking for, yet simple enough to pick up and be rolling in minutes the first time. Really a great bargain for a two transmitter kit. Highly recommend!

[Mono] These work just fine. Have used them in Manhattan for PA use in panel discussions and the like with no problems. This is notable because of all the RF in the air here. I now have 5 of these units, including 4 lavaliers and 1 handheld. They have all worked fine right out of the box. I have not used them at their full maximum spec. range of 300ft, but 75ft has been no problem, even through one wall. Some have commented that their construction seems flimsy, but in my experience they are built well enough, especially considering their performance at a fraction of the price of other brands. And I have seen several wedding bands that use them exclusively. The fact that these are frequency agile is a big plus, as you can mix mikes and base units within their band (units are fixed to either C or D band in the US), and choose from 16 channels per band. Biggest complaint, by far, is that the foam windscreen is easy to lose, so maybe get some extras - they can be found cheaply enough - or find a way to fix the windscreen to the mike. BTW the replacement plug-in mikes are quite inexpensive, and I've used these quite successfully to replace mikes on Shure SLX body packs.

[1800 mAh ] My first venture into wireless mics, so I expected there to be a steeper learning curve, but this is easy to use, has great range and the equipment doesnt feel cheap or fragile. Very happy with the improved audio quality that Im now getting with this product.

[2] I do a fair amount of video shoots. Last year I produced 70 videos, but I will admit that I have only been doing video work part time for a few years before going gangbusters last year, so keep that in mind. With that being said, I have used products from various manufacturers like Sony, Rhode, Sennheiser, etc. and the sound out of these has been great and the price was right. I usually use my boom mic for sets but when I need to get client testimonials I use this set along with a single light and I have never had a problem. The video game is expensive. Over the last few years I have spent around $40k but these were a great find.
