A: No, flyaways are not covered by the DJI Care Refresh. The damaged drone must be available to request a repair or replacement. However, if the flyaway was caused by a manufacturer's defect you can open a ticket with DJI support and they can examine the flight logs and make a determination.

[3.37 lb] I upgraded from the case that came with my Mavic Mini. Although that case was usable, I've found that the Go Professional was as good as the more expensive Pelican cases. The foam interior was of great quality and pre-cut specifically for the Mavic Mini. Plenty of room for the Mavic and all the accessories. I do a lot of work in humid and seaside climates. This case seals up nicely. I have no worries about moisture damage due to a poor sealing case. It's great! 5

[2.4 lb / 1.1 kg] Everything fits in this bag: the drone, the controller, the charging hub, 4 batteries, extra props, and some power cords and other miscellaneous items. Yet the bag doesn’t feel big. It feels like it’s just the right size and it feels nice around my neck. I bought this bag because I wanna take my drone on my adventures. Recently I’ve been packing more minimalistic. Taking a backpack with DSLR, multiple lenses, radios, water, and who knows what else, was making the hike feel more like a pain than anything, especially when doing 5 to 10 mile hikes. Taking just my water bottle in a bottle sling, my iPhone for a camera, and a radio (because there is no cell service) made the hikes more enjoyable. I wanted to take my drone too, but I didn’t want to take a backpack or have to carry it, and it also had to be small and light. This bag fit the bill. Although I haven’t taken it much of anywhere with me yet (as the colder months are putting my outdoor adventures to end for the year) however I am enjoying and liking it so far. 5
