A: As per the manufacturer, the QRC-2.6CS is designed for tripod heads that have a raised key on the stem as well as 1/4 -20 or 6mm thread. With that being said, this clamp will not work on the DYH-90Ri. A more suitable clamp is the Desmond DAC-X1 50mm Quick Release Skeleton Clamp B&H # DEDACX1, which includes a 1/4 -20 bushing to fit the DYH-90Ri.

When something becomes "obsolete" that seems to be an excuse for most office supply stores to price gouge. Well, not a box, actually; it's that heavy plastic see-through packaging, but it is NOT the kind which you need to hack and chop at to open. All in all, this one is easy to recommend. 5
