A: That's the battery check key, Nora. A green light means your batteries are good, red means they're under 10% and should be replaced.

A: Mine is a 2019 iPad Pro. It works great. I can't comment on 2020 but I don't see why. Allbof the Software updates from Apple work fine

[1.8 lb] When my Macbook died I decided to replace it with this tablet. It's been very useful, and a great replacement for the old laptop. With the various apps available for it there is very little I've found I can't do on this that I could on the laptop. 5

[iPadOS] I have a Magic keyboard for my IPad Pro, and love it-but it only works as a cover and keyboard. At times I want to use my iPad Pro as a writing pad, necessitating taking it out of the magic keyboard. The Smart Keyboard, while laking the touch pad, fold back allowing me to use my ipad with the Apple Pencil. I love it. 5

[1.8 lb] The keyboard isn't back-lite like the Magic one, but so what? You can't use the Magic one just as a tablet unless you remove it first, because the Magic doesn't fold back on itself. 5

[1.8 lb] I bought this to replace the 5 1/2 year old Smart Keyboard for my 3rd generation iPad Pro. I used the old keyboard extensively with the iPad, eventually wearing it out. Given how much I enjoyed using the old keyboard and how long it lasted, it was an easy decision to replace it with essentially the same device. The only difference between the old and new keyboard is the size of the back camera opening, which is larger on this newer version. I also prefer this keyboard over Apple's Magic Keyboard because I can fold it back behind the iPad for reading a book, which the Magic Keyboard doesn't do. 5
