[360°] I use this mount to hold a 43 inch monitor. It is very stable and I absolutely recommend it for monitors over 25lbs. There are few arms on the market that can handle this much weight for the money.

[Aluminum] Currently holding a Cintiq Pro 24 having bolted the arm to a wood desk of about 2cm thickness. Base, pole, arm, and VESA mount all don't budge. There's a slight give to the rotating hinge at the very tip of the arm — probably about two degrees — but it sits firmly when not actively being rotated if that makes sense.


Attached display is about 16 lbs but is easy to move around, especially upwards using the assistance of the spring in the arm, and when lowered it can even take a slight lean against it as I work on the drawing display. Overall pleased — though it is a bit expensive, I feel like this thing will outlast anything else on the desk, even the desk itself.

[360°] I picked up a 2nd of this arm type to mount a Cintiq onto the same post that my original arm was mounted to. Is working great and looks good when you see it.

[1] This product is very well constructed and works just as we hoped. I expect it to last forever. We are ordering a second one.

[180°] ...i have been buying mounts over the years; setting up, moving and replacing many studio/offices during the covid era. and for the moment, this ergotron LX HD Series is my new favorite in terms of quality, build, articulation, adjustibility and overall function.

These are not small. and these are not cheap. but if you want solid quality, they certainly fit the bill.

... a few suggestions / lessons learned .

(1) always use best cables with lots and lots of ties ... and keep in mind you'll need no less than say a 3meter lengths. that's 2meter to lace up the arm to your desk, then additional length to reach the port replicator or computer. (i' use 3meters the most, and 5 meters are my favorite).

(2) hardwood desktops or millwork is a must. the amount of force transmitted onto the deskclamp is basic phyics. And at the risk of stating the obvious, do not expect pressboard or light-weight consoles to hold.

(3) never can have enough pole rings (PN#97-844). ergotron is great at supplying necessary hardware in their kits, with exception of the pole rings. ... for some reason they seem to skimp and only ever send one ring with the monitor LX-sit-stand kit. and if you want to mount the keyboard to the desktop kit, an additional ring is needed.

All told, the ergotron LX HD series sit-stand products are top-shelf and premium...

my recommendation, if you've the time, would be to contact BHPhoto tech team, who i am sure may offer better advice and options beyond my little write-up.

[360°] With my 38in curved LG monitor, I wanted a desk arm mount that was steady and sturdy that I didn't have to drill into my desk. Did a little research and found this one. Of course seeing is believing! It it both those things and a solid full metal build (except for the section that hides the cables). I don't worry about my monitor having accidents or that when I bump the desk, it will shake. Solid. The only thing I would change are the directions, but YouTube had my back.

[180°] I have installed 3 of these workstations and they perform as advertised. I have 2 installation using the clamp mount and one with the grommet mount. The clamp mounts are on the back of the desks one is directly in front of the user, the other is off to one side. The grommet mount was used in a corner desk a little off center to the right to accommodate a narrow return. I installed the monitors keyboards mice etc., and adjust the tensions specific for each user. The workstation maintains its position whether sitting or standing or in between.

[1] I was hesitant about buying online and worried it wouldn't fit my desk, but it's wonderful. My desk is exactly 24 deep with a small wall behind and the Workfit fits perfectly. My one monitor, full size keyboard, and mouse fit with no problem, and I still have some room to write. It would definitely fit two monitors. It's easy to lift and lower, as well.

[1] This works very well for a solution to building a higher desk as that isn't always permanent. I think the price is very fair and have ordered multiple of this product now as I utilize them within my company. Overall, very pleased with this product.

[1] I love this stand-up desk. Unpacked the desk from the packaging and had it in use within 5 minutes. Haven't had an issue with this yet. Also believe that my health has improved.
