[8.405 lb] I wanted a lightweight but sturdy tripod for film cameras, particularly my Nikon FM-2 and my Olympus OM-1. Small packing volume was less important and I didn't want to fuss with too many leg sections. I was willing to pay up to $200. This one at half that price is perfect for my needs. With the legs collapsed you can lock them or release them in one partial turn. Extended, of course, you must do all three locks on a leg individually. It's very stable, and even holds my Hasselblad 501C securely. The PU 30 QR plate is fine with most lenses, but there's a bit of "sag" after I tighten the ball head with a 200mm lens on the FM-2. A 60mm plate from Breakthrough Photography took care of that. I can't speak to its longevity, but it's so well made I'm confident I'll get a lot of service from it. This was a completely satisfying purchase.

[Yes] This is a small light tripod, easy to carry, fast to set up. Because of its reasonable price for carbon fiber, just $150, I bought it for a travel tripod with my Lumix micro four-thirds camera. Turns out it is rock solid and firm even when I mount my Canon 5D Mark IV with 24-70mm on it.
The built-in ball head is also excellent. Even though there is only one locking lever, it exerts smooth soft pressure, so there is no creep after set up. That is, I don't have aim the camera high because I'm expecting it to adjust itself down a bit after I've tightened the ball head. That said, I don't think I will mount my Canon 100 to 400 mm zoom on it! I'll keep my heftier tripod for that. But this Benro is replacing all my other tripods for all but the heaviest work.

[Carbon Fiber] I have an A7Rv with some chunky lenses. This tripod handles everything like a champ! I have absolutely no hesitation loading this down with gear.

The Good:
Height!!! This thing goes WAY higher than I need. It's truly laughable; but is still solid.

The Meh:
The ball head works. The is slight sag when you're locking down the angle. But it's no worse (and likely better) than any other tripod with sag issues. I guess if you want to avoid clamping sag, you'll need to spring for a high-end ball head. But the tripod itself is a very decent performer.

The Conclusion:
I think I got this on sale for close to $100 (Maybe $110??). It seems like is constantly on sale.
Around $100, this is a no-brainer. At the listed price of $139, there are a few others that I would consider (3 Legged Things, SmallRig, Benro). I like this Neewer much better than the similar K&F.

It's a good studio-style tripod that's good for anything except long distance hiking. I'm loving it so far.

[8.405 lb] I purchased this tripod for an upcoming backpacking trip to SE Asia. I wanted something light and durable that didn't take up a bunch of room. This thing seems to tick all the boxes! Feels durable and stable, while at the same time light as a feather. The detachable monopod is a game changer for me when I'm filming and for steady shots doing street photography. The twist style locks on the legs seem like the could be a hair better, but no real complaints! Definitely give this tripod a try if you're looking for an awesome travel tripod and don't want to spend $300-$600 for the other guys!

[8.405 lb] I'm using this tri/mono-pod with a Nikon D500 and Nikon 80-400 lens. Using published data, this setup is approx 5.5lbs. The legs are very sturdy. Expect to tighten the ball head really tight to eliminate all droop. Or else aim a little high and account for the droop. The trade off is that this is a very light travel travel tripod that converts to a monopod at a very reasonable price.

[8.405 lb] I was looking for a light-weight photography (ballhead) tripod. Something that was carbon fiber. This checked all the boxes. I take it everywhere with me. Lately, I've even been taking it to video shoots.
