Easy to setup and no complaints.

Have it about 2 weeks now. Very impressed with it. Easy to install. Found my network immediately. Soundstage was wide and full. Sounds great.

I''m using this as a digital source for a high end system and find it more than adequate for streaming hi-Rez files. I use an external dac which improves clarity and separation but the internal dac isn't bad either. It isn't as revealing but has a nice low end push and rhythmic snap that makes it fun to listen to.

Something I noticed in connecting to an external dac is the optical output had a significantly better sounding signal, particularly in the mid to high registers. I don't know if if this is on the Bluesound side or my dac, but the difference was not small so worth comparing on your own system.

The bluesound app is a breeze to use and the MQA radio stations sound great.

I was prepared to spend more, but after a few weeks with this I'm not seeing any reason to.

I was determined to find a network audio player that had a display screen on the front panel, similar to my previous Pioneer N-50. But all the rave reviews of the Node swayed me. I'm really thrilled with this player. The phone app is really the way to go. It offers way more utility and convenience than any built-in screen could. There are other players out there at this price point that use a phone app for control, but the BlueOS app is the only one that people actually like. The Node 2021 also now has a decent DAC, so that concern with its predecessors seems to be taken care of. I had no trouble pairing the unit with my Synology NAS device, and the user interface for navigating that is great. Internet radio and other streaming services are equally easy to access. On top of all that, it's kind of a cool looking unit, with solid build quality. I use mine as a source with the output volume fixed, but it can also be used as a preamp with volume and tone controls accessible in the app. I'm really happy with the sound quality and usability of this network player.

I have been using my Bluesound Node for a couple of weeks now and am very satisfied. It is connected to an older NAD integrated amp and I am streaming music from Amazon along with my personal music library which is stored on a Synology NAS. I have the Bluesound app installed on iOS, MacOS and Linux. The sound is great and I highly recommend this unit.

Love it. Works well, and the fidelity is so good when streaming Amazon purchases that it brings out previously unheard features of familiar music in my Peachtree 300 system.

I really like the ability to choose leading or trailing edge (forward/reverse phase) dimming, It lets me be flexible and have the capability to dim just about anything I come across. There's a nice screw-down cover over the controls for the address/settings, keeping them safe & set until you want to change them. The one downside is that the cable inlet/outlets are on the back, so it's hard to place it temporarily.

At first I thought I was just fine listening to Tidal using my phones straight to the speakers, but the pause between tracks bothered me especially when listening to a continuous record like Dark Side of the Moon. Now I can hear the whole record without pauses, it plays straight through nice and smooth and has a wonderful sounding DAC that goes straight to my powered speakers using RCA cables. I bought a separate tablet to control it that way guests can have fun playing their selections and I don't have to hand over my phone.

Digital source sounds so much better. Easy set up and software is user friendly.

The Bluesound Node Network Audio Player is flat out Amazing!!!
After reading several reviews I decided to purchase this Wireless Music Streamer from B and H along with Canare RCA Audio Cables and WOW you don't need 'golden ears' to hear your music come alive with depth and realism...thanks to B and H's fast shipping it arrived in just a couple of days. You don't need an amplifier but if you have an amplifier/receiver, plug in the RCA cables connect the Bluesound Node wired or wireless to your network, download the Bluesound app to your phone or tablet, select your streaming source; Amazon Music, Spotify, Tidal, etc. then enjoy...oh my, I was blown away...or enjoy one of the very many internet radio stations.
