[GX16d] A few months ago I ordered 6 of the Impact brand FTK lamps from B&H. Of the 6 I received 3 had broken filaments on arrival! B&H had no problem replacing those lamps. Of the 3 replacements, 1 had a broken filament. They replaced than one as well. This time around I ordered the Ushio lamps. No problem with them. All arrived with intact filaments. Of the Impact brand lamps I received in previous order many had a very short lifespan. I will never order the Impact brand lamps again. Stick with Ushio or Sylvania/Osram!!! 5
