[3 to 4 Hours] I received my battery yesterday and today I put it through some shooting. I was able to use two extension cords and plug in 4 monolights and fire them off on full power. The mono lights that I own are the Astral Extreme AS-X-400. It is able to power 2 lights on half power settings and recycle my lights in under 1/2 second. With four lights connected I am able to fire them at full power with a five second delay until ready to fire again. 2 light setup, full power with 2 second recycle time. Great power! I was more than impressed with it's abilities. Would highly recommend.

[2.34 lb] This is an awesome product and now I am free to use my strobes anywhere it is dry. I have taken over 150 flashes so far and the 14.8 volt battery is still showing over 15 volts on a volt meter. Very portable and easy to use. If you want the freedom to go on location with plenty of portable power this is the unit to buy.

[Lithium-Ion] I use this system battery with my ikan ID500-v2 LED and I get excellent pictures and video also the most amazing thing is I can use the battery with my new Einstein E640 Flash Unit so is really good battery system

[3 to 4 Hours] I just received my ION and will be using it this weekend for a wedding shoot. While I haven't had real world experience with it my testing in the studio has all been positive. The ability to throw a lot of light with my strobes vs. trying to bounce a speedlight off a cocktail napkin will open up a new world of possibilities. For some reason I find myself doing a lot of Golf Course weddings and being able to go cordless should be very helpful. The quality of the product is great. It recharged quickly and it doesn't weigh much so moving it around is a piece of cake. The only caution I'll throw out is that the bracket that attaches to your light stand may need some adjustment before you try and mount the battery. The screw that holds that bracket to the stand has a washer that I assume is intended to protect the light stand. There's a screw that holds it (the washer) to the bracket and mine wasn't screwed in fully. When I tightened that bracket to the light stand the screw head put a nice dent and scratch in the stand. Not the end of the world but slightly annoying. Other than that, all good and well worth the investment.

[2.34 lb] You just can't have the Sine Wave Invertor without a back up. Each battery gives you about 200 photographs at full blast on a 500 WS light. That's enough for one set up, so make sure you have another battery to power you through another one. Takes a few hours to recharge, so be sure to charge up overnight before your shoot!

[2.34 lb] really glad got the spare battery in my kit - first time using the system took group and individual photos to the tune of 800+ shots - did have to switch to the second battery. So nice to be able to use a studio flash on location to take advantage of the power and control.

[Lithium-Ion] I use this Photogenic portable power pack for preschool outdoor portraits coupled with my main light for ultimate control under a white translucent 10' x 10' pop up shade. The unit is quick to recycle and works great for this particular purpose. Lightweight and very portable!
