[16.8 VDC] I use these clamps to hang battery packs on light stands, very handy item. Love them, I ordered two more.

[4 Hours] If you're in the market for a clamp that clamps things it was built to clamp...this is the clamp for you. Just the other day a guy came up to me on the street and tried to offer me a different clamp. You know the type...long trenchcoat, lots of accessories for photography equipment hanging from the inside...a generally shady character. I told him to hit the bricks because I bought the Photogenic Multi-Clamp for ION Inverter from B&H...the greatest clamp website, amongst other things, on the planet! He walked away ashamed of his cut rate clamps and his poor life choices and never bothered me again. Thanks B&H for making my life more awesome with this clamp.

[1] I just had to replace 3 of my previous (4) Ion Inverter Batteries after 10 years of service and I was completely satisfied with them....so I bought 2 more. Still keeping the one good one as a backup. If you're seeking reliable, location power, you'll be very happy with these. And you can charge/power anything that requires clean power such as computers, tablets and phones, also.

[1.11 lb] You just can't have the Sine Wave Invertor without a back up. Each battery gives you about 200 photographs at full blast on a 500 WS light. That's enough for one set up, so make sure you have another battery to power you through another one. Takes a few hours to recharge, so be sure to charge up overnight before your shoot!

[1] I needed batteries for my lights because I was shooting an outdoor wedding in a garden. This battery worked great. I used it with two of my strobe lights. They easily fit into my bag with my lights and was so easy to set up. I love this product.

[1.11 lb] really glad got the spare battery in my kit - first time using the system took group and individual photos to the tune of 800+ shots - did have to switch to the second battery. So nice to be able to use a studio flash on location to take advantage of the power and control.

[16.8 VDC] I just received my ION and will be using it this weekend for a wedding shoot. While I haven't had real world experience with it my testing in the studio has all been positive. The ability to throw a lot of light with my strobes vs. trying to bounce a speedlight off a cocktail napkin will open up a new world of possibilities. For some reason I find myself doing a lot of Golf Course weddings and being able to go cordless should be very helpful. The quality of the product is great. It recharged quickly and it doesn't weigh much so moving it around is a piece of cake. The only caution I'll throw out is that the bracket that attaches to your light stand may need some adjustment before you try and mount the battery. The screw that holds that bracket to the stand has a washer that I assume is intended to protect the light stand. There's a screw that holds it (the washer) to the bracket and mine wasn't screwed in fully. When I tightened that bracket to the light stand the screw head put a nice dent and scratch in the stand. Not the end of the world but slightly annoying. Other than that, all good and well worth the investment.

[1.11 lb] One of the best purchases I have ever made. I take this everywhere I go. I use it with outdoor strobes all the time. I use it also with strobes at wedding receptions. Love it!
