Add portability to your camera rig with this aluminum Vocas Mini Handgrip - Compact & Durable Designfrom Vocas. The cheese-style top handle attaches to a camera cage or rig using two 1/4"-20 screws that mount up to 1.24" apart in a sliding slot. It features a shoe mount, multiple 1/4"-20 threads, and a 15mm rod port so you can add numerous accessories such as an EVF, monitor, light, or wireless transmitter. It mounts onto cages such as the Vocas C-Cage for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K.

A: As of right now, a camera specific cable needs to be connected to this device. It currently supports Canon C100/C300/C500, Sony F-55/F55 and Arri Alexa. There is an open-ended cable that is available but then you would have to do your own custom configuration, which I do not recommend if you have never custom-made a cable before.

Q: 2. Will this work with the URSA Broadcast?

A: Yes, the Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Handgrip will work with the Blackmagic Design URSA Broadcast Camera.

Q: 3. Will this communicate with the 6k pro?

A: The Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Handgrip is only for the URSA Mini and Mini Pro. It does not work with the Pocket cameras.

Q: 4. Does this come with a hand strap?

A: Yes it does.

Q: 5. Will this work with the FX9?

A: Yes it will. This is for the FX9 as well.

Q: 6. Will it work with Z CAM?

A: No, this is only compatible with the Blackmagic Design URSA Mini & Mini Pro.

Q: 7. Will it work with manual lenses such as Rokinon?

A: The LANC controls will not work with manual lenses.

Q: 8. Would this also fit an FS7 hand grip?

A: The Vocas Handgrip Rosette Adapter for Sony PXW-FX9 will fit both the Sony FS7 and FX9 handgrip.

Q: 9. Would this handle work with a RED Epic Weapon? What remote cable would I need?

A: Yes, it will work. Here's the cable.Remote cable for REDITEM CODE: 0390-0158Remote cable for RED DSMC2 cameras. Length: 250 mm, stretched 600 mm.

A: it should, I'm currently using it with the pocket cinema camera.

[Aluminum, Steel] I use this with the vocus baseplate/shoulder mount and its top notch. Excellent quality, tough and lite. Does exactly what its supposed to. Going from tripod to handheld and back to tripod has never been easier. Oh, and the wooded handgrip is a pleasure to use. 5

[Topside Handle] I’m glad someone finally made this adapter. It’s easy to install and works great. I attach the grip to the FX9 body for use with my Easyrig. Perfect placement. I think it would be great if this came with an adapter that converted the stock Sony hand to receive an ARRI rosette. Then, you could still use the stock handle if you wished. The benefit being that you could mount the grip to the body, the Sony handle, or any third party rosette extension arm. Otherwise, the Sony arm becomes useless. 5

[Topside Handle] Unless your URSA lives on a tripod, you'll need this grip. Excellent strap with slight padding keeps the camera glued to your hand. Solid connection to the camera. 5
