This is an Impact Set of 4 Varipole Foot Covers. The foot of the Varipole is made of black rubber, which might cause "skid marks" on light-colored floors or ceilings. This white rubber cover for the foot which prevents this from occurring. These foot covers are compatible with all Manfrotto/Bogen Autopoles.

A: The Impact Varipole Top Rubber Foot only comes in black if you are worried about smudges on a white ceiling, I would suggest adding the Impact Varipole Foot Covers (Set of 4), this way you can prevent black rubber smudges from affecting white ceilings.

A: As long as your ceiling is between 6'11 (2.1 m) and 12'1 (3.7 m), yes, the Impact Deluxe Varipole Support System with Metal Chain Kit may be used and would be relatively easy to set up/break down and move from location to location. Do note that the Varipole Support System is 6'11 in its shortest configuration and when shipped, so you would need some space to maneuver when moving the poles around for repositioning within your space. The kit also includes four (4) solid rubber cushions for no-slip grip and which minimize marks and damage to walls, floors and ceilings

[Rubber] The bubble level is easy to read. The leveler holds onto the pole by the rubber cord. The tension of the cord is sufficient to keep the leveler in place. I have piece of mind that each of my Varipoles are straight and that the foot on each end is applying pressure equally across them. This is easy and simple to connect it to a pole. It's made of light plastic with the rubber cord that wraps around the pole. It's construction is more than sufficient to serve the purpose of helping you to level your varipole. 5

[0.15 lb] I replaced old ones I had. Now it looks nice and clean. I still put a cloth between the upper one and the ceiling to make sure there are no marks left after I remove the auto poles. 5

[Rubber] I use my varipoles daily, and move them often. One struggle with that is keeping the poles level. I used a small handheld level for a long time, but it was always a clumsy operation. While I wouldn't mind if these were a tad bit cheaper in cost, they simplify and reduce time in my small studio workflow to a great extent. I recommend them. 5

[0.15 lb] An intelligently-designed little bugger that helps you level a camera at the top of a pole. It would also be useful for installing lightbulbs in ceilings with long poles. How many pole workers does it take to screw in a lightbulb?. Answer: just one, with one of these devices. 5
