With its compact form factor and lightweight design, the FLIR Hadron RGB Thermal Camera Module 30Hzis suitable for integration in various UAV and robotics platforms. The SWaP+C optimized dual 12MP RGB and Boson 30 Hz thermal cameras are crucial for industrial and civil service missions. With one camera, you can see in the normal visual spectrum to assess a situation, but you can also view thermal imaging to see in low-light or dark environments to locate and rescue individuals or properly inspect a structure. When out in the open air, its IP53-rated water and dust resistance (when rear interfaces are sealed) keep it protected from the elements.

[0.315 lb] I purchased the FLIR one Pro LT and have been using it for a couple of days in my house. I mainly got it to inspect the parts of my house where it's hottest/coldest (season dependent) and has already helped me identify the culprit areas that I'm now getting insulation installed to mitigate.

The only thing I'd like to see added to the mobile app, iOS in my case, is that the thermal range bar is exported when an image is was taken to add further add context to the image. People that are shown the images always ask what the range of colors means.

[0.315 lb] Great unit to see heat signatures of all kind. I have used it in house and the woods. The other night in complete darkness my dog was going crazy by the fence. I used it and seen a rabbit tantalizing him.

[0.315 lb] Pro level build quality at a very reasonable price. I use it for power amplifier diagnostics, but it seems to have unlimited uses. Very well designed and useful device.

[0.315 lb] I was blown away by the image quality of this unit. I’ve used 320 and 640 handheld units before as well as the top of the lineup Seek phone camera. The processing on the T2 is phenominal. The relatively large front lens is a huge plus too. The image from this rivals the better 320 cores I’ve used. The resolution isn’t as good, but for distance viewing what’s more important is handling noise. The Seek cannot handle noise at all. It turns to a blurry mess shortly even though it’s higher resolution. Even some of the standalone 320 units don’t process noise out as well, making the final picture harder to see.

The T2 processing cuts out the noise while keeping detail. The plain white hot/black hot modes do great to show detail in settings like neighborhoods while the highlight contrast mode makes animals/people stick out from the background significantly. Very helpful when trying to see if the warm thing is something the sun heated a bit or something living.

The phone holder fit both the camera and phone snugly without cranking down on the adjustments. The handle makes viewing much more stable than without, though it’s not required. Still, the stability matched to the zoom of the lens makes the handle a huge plus.

If you’re interested in trying thermal or have a use where having your phone out isn’t a problem, the T2 is the perfect low cost, high value unit. Others may be better for circuit board work or other niches, but for general outdoor activities the T2 Pro is the best bargain going.

[0.315 lb] Easy set up. Worked right off the bat and saw birds in the trees, deer many yards away, and lots of mice in the field. Fun to use.

[0.315 lb] I bought this device for birding, specifically looking for owls at night. Some of the top thermal scopes cost upwards of $4k. The problem is, they are clearly marked as Export Controlled. I don't want to get into any trouble with those. This little plug-in camera cost only $400. So I decided to give it a try. I brought it to Guatemala a few days ago, hooked up with an old Pixel 3A phone, it worked great, far better than I expected. I found an owl at night perched silently behind our cabin on my second night there. I could see the red-hot owl based on the body shape. Even smaller birds can show up as hotspots at night. Definitely worth the $$$.

[0.315 lb] It's an Excellent, basic, minimal home inspection thermal camera. The fluke software improves the image over better resolution cameras of other manufacturers. But it has limitations without focus and minimal resolution. We purchased as an inexpensive additional thermal for my inspection company. It's 5 stars for its intended purposes. But it has limited resolution. It's not a 3,000 dollar camera. But at 1 k it was not intended to be.

[0.315 lb] This drone made in the USA has so far performed exactly how previous reviews have stated. Flight from the iPad mini is precise and connects instantly. The zoom camera is lightning fast. The flir works very well for the size. Battery charging is simple. The remote control is simple and easy to use. The case is solid and protects the drone very well. The Parrot app works great on the android S20 phone as well. We are super satisfied with this drone so far. Thank you B&H team for getting us set up quickly!
