A: The Tascam Mixcast 4 allows you to record in multi-track or stereo mixes and saves the files on an SD memory card in WAV format at 48 kHz, 24-bit, 2-channel stereo / 14-channel poly (BWF format). You can also route the output from the Mixcast 4 to a Mac or Windows computer, or to an iOS or Android device for a 14-in / 2-out audio capture on the external device. The files recorded on the Mixcast 4 can also be exported in 2-channel stereo WAV, MP3, and MP4 formats.

[1 User] I was skeptical of getting a mic for my computer, but this one is a great option. It's easy to use and synced perfectly with my PC for online calls (zoom, facebook, webex). It's easy to record with, too. I'd buy it again. 5

[1 User] I have used this Waves De-Esser software way back before 2010 in my Windows XP PC but lost it due to PC failure. The new Waves Sibilance Vocal De-Easier is easier to use because I just turn the Threshold dial to the desired setting and leave the default Detection and Mode settings to 50%. I must say the plug-in removes the essss sound of the vocals much better than the first Waves De-Esser I had used. When I process digital copies of my rare vinyl LP records and saved soundtracks from my DVD collection, the plug-in can only work without combining other VST plug-ins. This plug-in works only on a 64-bit compatible DAW software like Audacity 3.4.2 running under Win10/MacOS Operating system. Audacity 3.4.2 automatically detects the WAVES De-Esser plugin after installation. Audacity can only use VST and VST3 plug-in types. The 2 uploaded images depict how the WAVES Sibilance De-Esser plug-in is used in Audacity 3.4.2. 5

[1 User] I got this mic because I wanted to test a theory cheaply, and I don't regret it. Been using this exclusively for MS Teams calls for the past 6 months, so my theory was correct. Several of my coworkers have told me that the audio quality is great, which makes sense compared to the standard-issue USB headsets, but and I've been told on a couple occasions that I should use it for podcasting. Not happening. Either way, for the price, you can't go wrong. 5

[1 User] I needed a mic that I could share with several devices for several uses. Most of all, I wanted to be able to use an external mic to be 1. more directional than the built-in one on a notebook or tablet, and 2. not subject to the thunderous sounds of keys clicking and touchscreen taps and the roar of handling the device. I considered a headset, but I also wanted to be able to use the mic to record an instrument. Plus we already had headphones we liked. This fits the bill. It seems to be USB class compliant, so in addition to Windows and Mac listed in the description, it works with Linux and iPads as well. (For the lightning port iPads we have, the apple lightning to USB camera adapter works, despite its name.) Sound quality is fine for the price, capturing speech + amateur singing and instrument performance. With the included accessories, it's a great value. 5

[Download] CAD is one of my favorite companies. When the quality control is there, they make great sounding mics - period. And they sell them for extremely attractive prices. The u29 is a winner. Incredibly good sounding mic for a measly 30 USD. Not wild about the mic mount or tripod stand that ships with it, but who can complain for 30 bucks! 5
