[16] I purchased another one of these used from B&H. It was in 9 condition, so it was perfect. I used it a few times and I realized that I really loved it so much I needed another one. I decided that using my speed lights instead of a strobe was really a limitation. For onscene shooting, these GT 250s are a perfect size and travel well. They come with lots of accessories, filters, barn doors and a Bowens mount for other accessories. This is also compatible with the Godox transmitter receiver family.

[Overheat Cutout] DJI Action 2 Magnetic Adapter Mount is a necessary thing if you use a DJI Action 2 or 3 camera. Excellent quality, holds the camera perfectly

[Yes] As Godox started to spend more money on marketing and compete with the big boys, the value for their increased price is slowly diminishing. This is where Geekoto steps in and they need our support to fill this market void. After a month of use, I find it just as good as my Godox products. Below are the pros and cons that Geekoto should pay attention to.


Pros:
- Good build quality, not worried to throw this thing around. Would like to see how much replacement bulb cost as that is the only fragile item in the entire kit.
- Value!! 50 watts more power, smartly designed pistol grip with umbrella & light stand holes, Bowens mount adapter, and magnetic light modifier kit included in the base price. This kit would cost near $500 with Godox AD200pro roundhead kit.
- Color accuracy is on par with other popular strobes in the market.
- The sliding on/off switch, so no press and hold to turn on the light.
- The pistol grip is very innovative, smooth adjustments and clever screw system for light stand when not in use.
- Compatibility with godox system.


Cons/improvements:
- Slightly larger than expected. Wish the length and width were smaller for better portability.
- TTL +/- does not work or show on screen when using a godox trigger. Asking Geekoto for a software update to resolve this.
- Bownes mount design is nice but the tightening screw stands out bit much and if you are using a heavy softbox, I would feel more comfortable using a bracket like Godox S2, so all the weight is not on the pistol grip connector.
- Recycle time at full power is slightly longer than similar godox lights.

[4] Godox should have released this adapter a long time ago. This thing is super compact, sturdy, and opens my ad300pro to many modifier possibilities! This is a must purchase accessory if you own the AD300Pro or Xplr300pro.

[Audio] I love my AD300 Pro strobes and while the S2 brakets make it possible to use my bownes mount gear this is much more compact. I was surprised with how sturdy they feel. I mounted a 60 softbox on one and a 12x56 stripbox on antoher and there was no signs of flex or possible failure. These will fit in my lighting bag perfectly.

[Yes] This adapter is well made and works perfectly on the above described LED light. There is no play and it is tight in its connection.

[1/ Sec] This soft-box adapter from B&H Photo is exactly what I needed for my photography set-up. I received this part without any issues. All parts fit exactly as intended, I am off to the races to create some content.
