The black Confidence CX2-8L Lavalier Mic for Lectrosonics Transmittersfrom Confidence CX2-8L Lavalier Mic for Lectrosonics Transmittersis a dual-element microphone with both an omnidirectional lavalier mic and a cardioid lavalier mic in a single housing. The two mics are wired separately but share a single 3.9' cable that is wired to two of Point Source's proprietary X-Connector connections, which allows you to connect to a wide variety of wireless transmitters simply by swapping out X-Connector adapters. A pair of TA5F X-Connectors for Lectrosonics wireless transmitters are included.

Q: 1. Can you put two layers of N-Cubik 13L in a 938?

A: The Nanuk 938 Wheeled Case with Lid Organizer and N-Cubik will not fit 2 of the 14L N-Cubiks.

Q: 2. Would this case fit 4 Tokina Cinema Vistas Safely?

A: The Nanuk 938 Wheeled Case with Foam (Black) is a good case for transporting four Tokina Cinema Vista lenses safely.

Q: 3. Would this fit at the top inside the ProTactic 450 AWII? Looking for a separate insert to use as a top section inside the 450 AWII, somewhat creating the idea of a separate top storage area like in the Fastpack 250, but in a larger bag.

A: The Lowepro GearUp Pro II 8L Camera Cube (X-Large) will fit in the Lowepro ProTactic BP 450 AW II Camera and Laptop Backpack.

Q: 4. Does this fit the photo sport x bp 35 l aw?

A: Yes the Lowepro GearUp Pro II 8L Camera Cube will fit in the Lowepro PhotoSport X Backpack 35L AW.

Q: 5. I have four 411a receivers. Would this allow me to connect them all to two Betso Bowties or other external antenna?

A: It will, but this is a 1x8 splitter, so you would need one for each of the two antennae.

Q: 6. Can I use IFBT4's with this unit? They transmit at 250mW. Wondering if this can attenuate or handle that kind of power.

A: The Lectrosonics M2C accepts a maximum input of 100 mW per port, so no, they would not be recommended for use together.

Q: 7. I have 4 UCR411s. I want to connect those to a single RF Venue Diversity Antenna. Would I use one of these for A signals from the UCR411s and another for the B signals? And then just use the input to go to the RF Venue fin? Or do I have the input/outputs of this thing wrong in my head?

A: This is possible to do. However, when you split the antennae feed to the receivers, you will suffer a reduction/ level loss. For that reason, it is suggested to use B&H# LEUFM144. Select 5dB boost and then your revers will all receive an adequate signal

Q: 8. How does this compare to Lowepro Creator Box Extra Large II?

A: The Lowepro GearUp Pro II 8L XL is quite a bit larger than the Creator Box XL II, and the former has more space for bodies with battery grips or pro-sized bodies (1Dx III, D6, etc.). The GearUp Creator Box does have the advantage of a front-pocket for accessories that the GearUp Pro II 8L lacks.

Q: 9. Does this fit the PhotoSport BP 24L AW III Photo Backpack?

[Black] I compared this to a cheaper lavalier I already had and my Snowball USB mics. This lavalier has a much more natural sound. And, being smaller than my other lavalier, it blends in better with clothing.

I have it currently connected to my Zoom H1n which is then connected into my Mac. I'm very happy with this setup. Though I may boost the bass just a little bit to get a little more definition. But, otherwise, it is totally acceptable, in my opinion.

I also like the case it came with. It may be a little large. But that is fine in my case, as I won't be traveling with this mic. So space isn't an issue for me.

[Plug-In Power] I highly recommend this mic for wireless lavalier systems.

The build quality of the mic is excellent, and the kit comes with so many options for attaching to your talent that it's almost overwhelming - very thoughtful on the part of Senal.

The sound coming from the mic is excellent. I've used other Senal lav mics and Rode's kit lav mic and this is lightyears ahead of all of them. You just get a cleaner, crisper and well-balanced sound from this on a consistent basis.

I will say that I think the omnidirectional feature is a bit overblown, considering I've had talent move their heads up and down and the sound definitely varies.

But still, if your talent is keeping still and your preamps are good this is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED mic and a great value as well.

[Plug-In Power] The Senal UTM-86 is now my go to lav for field use. It has great audio response and a perfect pattern for voice pickup. It comes with all the mounting options needed to assure you can get the audio you need with out too much rigging. On top of all that you gain the audio clarity that comes nature with Senal.

[Black] Highly recommend this product for your kit. Was shooting an interview and had a sound operator that was bringing a wireless sound system that would drop out last minute. Unable to replace him, I was still able to do the shoot by sending this Lav straight to camera with the xlr adaptor that it comes with. It has a great signal to noise ratio. The lav only captured the voice and not the noisy air duct in the space.

[Black] With the right mix and EQ, I managed to get this to match a shotgun mic track. It picks up a wide range or frequencies and the magnetic clip attachment is my new favorite way to mount a mic. Nice solid connections and the pop cover is a nice touch.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review.]

[Black] This little mic performed excellent for a recent conference I filmed. I was tasked with filming short 5 minute interviews so I needed an audio set up that was quick and easy and this Senal lav stepped up and met my needs. The microphone picked up great audio from a variety of speakers in a room that had a good amount of background noise. The primary speaker's voice came through wonderfully - crisp and clear. The variety of clips options helped a lot as well as it was easy to switch the mic from one side of a speakers shirt to another if their was interference or to hide the microphone. I hope to get a lot more use out of this great little lavalier.

[Plug-In Power] Nice sounding mics, found out these things I like 3 years old, but still have great quality.

Used them once indoors and the sound was a little low, (I didn't adjust the sound on the reciever,) but clear with no noticable background noise. Got them on sale and glad I did.
