A: Yes, the Aputure Nova P300c RGB LED Light Panel can be plugged into a standard outlet. It comes with a Edison Plug to powerCON Cable. It draws at the most 360 watts.

A: The Aputure Nova P300c RGB LED Light Panel is very bright with a rating of 9,000 lux at 3.3' (120°, 5500K). Depending on the size of the background you will need more than one light. A softbox will spread the light more and make it softer. So that is a good option. As for blead from other lights. Any light can be an issue if you are hitting the background with other light sources and do not what that to show.

[Synthetic] I believe this is the perfect back/fill light more than enough power and the ability to turn it to any color to match the ambience in any room is great. I have 2 of them now and I think they are a good light to have. If you're looking to have this as a key light it may not have the power you're hoping for. 5

I wish more companies would take a cue from Aputure and include a well-thought-out custom case for a reasonable price. Aputure really hit the mark on all fronts with this light! 5

[40°] This case is well made and solid. I tried to get by without it for a while and none of my other large Pelican cases would fit this awkwardly shaped light. The cutouts and case exterior make it the only option. It is pretty heavy though and it's too bad they didn't opt for any of the newer lighter material as it's not likely I'll be taking this on a plane. It just gets moved from my studio storage to the truck to location and back, so lighter case would have been good to save a couple pounds in the millions of lifts this package will get over its life. 5

[40°] It took forever to get my pre-order. But I knew the quality would be worth it. I haven't used it on a job yet, but I have full confidence in this unit. Yes it's large, so have a good stand for it. I actually took the initiative to order a combo stand and a low-boy combo so I could have full confidence in a sturdy stand at both low and high positions. C-stands are fine but DO NOT use a standard light stand. 5
