Designed for the harshest use and abuse expected from rental and road applications, the Kramer Active Optical 8K DisplayPort Cable 33ftsupports resolutions up to 8K @ 60 Hz. The active optical cable (AOC) also supports a data transfer rate of up to 32 Gb/s. The cable doesn't require an external power supply. The cable is dispensed from a solid, mobile plastic spool.

[Active] There's really not much to say about a cable, so long as it works as described (it does), the cable and connectors are durable (they are), and it wasn't ridiculously expensive (it wasn't). The only thing I need to remember is that there is a catch on the DP end that I need to press to release it... and that too seems to work properly! :) 5
