[1.9 lb / 860 g] Bought this for Leofoto LN-364-C legs. Before this I tried a Haoge version, which went into the legs part way, but my video head (Sachtler Ace XL) sat too high to screw in the tie-down. This bowl fit perfect, sits where it should, and the Sachtler head fits as it should. Not much else to say as this is not a complicated product, but it works great for the Leofoto tripod legs. 5

This center column gives you all the flexibility you need to adjust height without compromising stability. It's solidly built and operates very smoothly. Handles an 80mm spotting scope or Nikon 200-500mm zoom lens quite well and is stable even without tightening the clamp. 5
