This reader takes advantage of the card types' fast transfer speeds and allows you to move data over USB 3.1 Gen 2 for post-production editing and file storage. Both USB Type-C to Type-C and USB Type-C to Type-A cables are included, too, for wide compatibility.

A: If you are connecting to a hub between the computer and the reader that slows down the transfer rate. Also check the cache that your SSD has. If the cache is 2GB but you are transferring 256GB once it hits 2GB the transfer rate will slow down a lot. SSD vendors always advertise their performance based on the cached area. They never advertise the performance based on writing 256GB of data in a cached area of only 2GB.

A: No, this devise will not adapt to any ios device

[0.415 lb] This card reader is heavy duty and comes with two types of cabels. I connected mine to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with PowerShare on my Dell Computer. The Card Reader can read SD Memory cards or the new CFexpress cards quite fast. It's definetly a high-quality product and does the job. 5

[USB Bus Power] After waiting for over two months for this back order to come in I have too say that THE WAIT WAS WORD IT. The construction is solid and sturdy, and fits in your shirt pocket or side pocket of a camera bag. As for performance? Well its simply superb and I certainly look for years of use from the G2, and of coarse its splendidly fast. Thank you B&H for the continued great service even in these trying of times. 5
